Placed two orders last week for Lino , no delivery as promised.
Looks like they have scammed me .
No delivery today.

Product was ordered via Amazon.

Packaging was ripped.

The product itself was of very poor quality. Visible frayed edges. Torn pieces.

They didnt provide a full refund, either.

Dreadful company.

Do not purchase from them.

Bought a calendar and was astounded at quick delivery time. Calendar is exactly as described and a little cheaper than other sellers which with free delivery means will shop again with them

Costume finally turned up to not be anything what I ordered! Order a 4-6 years boys ‘grim reaper’ costume but sent an adults ‘bloody bride’ costume! Very upset 4 year old the day before Halloween!!

I have just received my 2026 Diary from Quickdraw absolutely thrilled with it.
Great value and better than th one I had from Collins will be ordering one now every year. They publish their dairies well before other people . Will be using Quickdraw every year from now on.

I ordered a ride-on toy from this company in good faith. When the item arrived, it did not include building instructions, so I called the company and was informed that they would email me the instructions. After receiving the email, I began assembling the toy. However, upon laying out all the pieces, I discovered that there were only three wheels included in the box instead of the required four.

As a result, I packed up the toy and returned it for a refund. The postage cost me £8.99 for a faulty item, so I emailed the company to request a full refund along with the cost of returning the defective item. At this point, I was advised that my postage would not be reimbursed because I hadn’t called to report the missing wheel.

This experience has highlighted poor customer service, faulty goods, and financial loss on my part. I would advise you to think very carefully before using this company.

I was sent the wrong product it was inferior and not branded, when I inquired I was fobbed off, being told that the packaging had changed. This is not the case after first being told they would replace, they decided to have me return the product at my time and expense.not good customer service.

Ordered 2 jumbo reusable Christmas gift bags. Good service all round. Speedy delivery and excellent quality product, really sturdy and very attractive. Delighted thank you

Black A5 a page a day diary arrived this morning. Thank you Quickdraw Supplies, the diary is absolutely beautiful!! The quality is unreal. Definitely will be ordering products again very soon.

I recently accidently double ordered goods from Quickdraw Supplies UK. The customer service was brilliant no messing about money refunded on the same day. Emails were responded to in a quick and courtesy manner even though the issue was down to my stupidity.
I was was drawn to Quickdraw Supplies by their range of goods, delivery times and cost. I compared them to all the major suppliers and these won hands down.

Order cancelled for no reason AFTER saying it was dispatched. Ordered 6th September. 9th September email to say "We have finished processing your order", which I understand to mean its been dispatched. Happy days. 11th September email arrives saying its been cancelled. No reason at all given. Pretty rubbish really. In terms of a customer experience, thats as bad as it gets.

Quickdraw stationary Messed up my online order due to their incompetence and inability to read instructions such as the Correct delivery address. Nightmare company. I will never use them again, absolutely stressful transaction.

User-friendly on-line, had what I wanted at a reasonable price, despatched quickly with no unnecessary packaging. (I care about the environment!) Would use again, and would recommend.

Fast delivery and decent priced items. Bought a desk calendar for my mum and it arrived pretty quick and packaged well
Would consider buying from again if needing any items. Also delighted to see they deliver to Northern Ireland at a reasonable price

I have been looking for specialist paint brushes for some time so was mega happy to find them on your site and the quality is good too so it’s a win win
