Say goodbye to your deposit
I returned the car on October 8, 2024, today is December 20 and I still have not received my deposit of 1500 AED, like the others they asked me to give the deposit in cash only. Customer service is unreachable unless you harass them with messages and calls otherwise they just ignoring you, I'm trying to get my deposit back but if I don't get it back I'm going to have to file a case against their company, and I've just seen the recent reviews I am not the only case. Dubai is a secure city but it is shameful to find companies still stealing, this must be fixed.

We are concerned by your comment and would like to clarify. Quick Drive does not withhold or steal any customer deposits. Your security deposit of AED 1,500 has already been refunded, and our records show that you confirmed receipt.
We understand that communication delays can be frustrating. Our customer service and finance teams handle many requests, and occasional delays in response can occur, but this does not mean deposits are not returned. Deposits are refunded according to company policy after the vehicle return and any necessary checks.

They steal your deposit
The deposit you give them.. Is so difficult to get it back, they will not refund it to your card, they will send it to your bank, but you will get about 20% less. DO not use them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that we do not withhold any customer’s deposit intentionally. The only deductions made from the security deposit are for Salik (toll) charges, traffic fines, or any other legitimate charges incurred during the rental. The remaining deposit is always refunded.
If the refunded amount appears slightly less, it may also include bank transfer fees, which are imposed by the bank and not by Quick Drive. These terms are clearly mentioned in the rental agreement before signing.
