Quickmill espresso machines Service

Quickmill coffee machines have only one registered service centre in the UK, Ferrari Espresso Ltd in Port Tablot. When I sent my machine to be serviced it was returned badly damaged. The stainless steel panels were deformed. I contacted Ferrari ltd they payed for the collection and repair of the panels. Repair was not done perfectly, panels are still misaligned. Ferrari ltd offered to buy my machine off me for the value equal to the maintenance charge (£75). The market value of the machine is in excess of £350 (ebay). When the machine was eventually returned in addition to being buckled it was also leaking. However, Ferrari supplied free bags of good coffee beans.
