Avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle, all they can do is argue, be rude and arrogant ! How can this “company” represent Samsung so poorly ! Samsung find a different provider they are damaging your name !
Thinking as Samsung recommended this company as it’s Trusted repairer I would be in good hands indeed they responded to emails well and priced up the work ( which was expectable) but then said I was not in the area although on its web site Iam when I asked to purchase the part and have posted that said “ No sorry we don’t do that” not sure what sort of business this is but not customer orientated. Samsung clearly picked a duff on this occasion so beware.
This company manages repairs on behalf of Samsung. I was informed by Samsung on the 17th that I would have an engineer visit me to perform a repair on the 19th and that this company would confirm the appointment on the 18th. On the 18th they contacted me by text advising they would attend on the 25th a full week later than promised.
When I called them there staff was dismissive, uninterested and rude. Could not believe the complete lack of care or even willingness to talk to me, all they said was that was when Samsung had booked it for though Samsung challenge this and that they are not Samsung.
Rude, terrible service and not the sort of company a large firm like Samsung should do business with
