Total scam. Ordered Apple Airpods Pro, weeks went by without tracking info. Just once got in contact on a call, was clearly a guy running an operation from his bedroom. Contacted Paypal and was able to extract a refund. Avoid.
Purchased Airpods for $149 for Christmas for my daughter. A month and a half later they didn't work. brought to Apple Store who confirmed they were fake and showed my daughter why. Returned to QBS with receipt immediately. No refund. Even called once, spoke to a man who was obviously home with a child talking in the background. Total scam.
