Complete fail
I ordered 3 Yubikeys and waited for delivery - and waited and waited.
I received no Track en Trace number as promised, so, after many days, I called QuickSpot on Friday, last.
I got an apology and a promise of immediate delivery by Monday at the latest.I was told that for this product, there is no Track en Trace number sent (even though it says there is, on the website).
In the end, the suppliers, ESET, had to send an employee, who happened to live in Amsterdam, to deliver the products by hand.
Now I have received them, I have tried to use them with zero success. Nothing is working and nothing is user-friendly. I am now in contact with someone at ESET who is trying to help me.
So far, in spite of spending an enormous amount of valuable time (worth much more than the products), I still haven't succeeded in using them successfully.
I consider this to be a TOTAL FAIL! - on everyone's part (except ESET, who,. at least are doing their best to help).
To say I am disappointed is greatly understating the case.

Ok. I have now got the key working, but not without much difficulty.
The Yubico website is not so well designed for new users and confronts the visitor with far to much irrelevant information and not enough user-friendly start-up information. I gave a key to a colleague and he did not have the same problems as I had, but he saw the demonstration I made that failed at the first step and beyond.
Naturally, this has nothing to do with QuickSpot, who I believe did work hard to solve the delivery problems. We still do not know why the first delivery failed, but a big 'Thank You' to ESET, who have been wonderful, throughout. Perhaps the fault lay with PostNl?
Finally, at this point, I am able to use the key for secure log-in and I must say that the product works well. I just wish that the validation errors could have made more sense and the solution to the problems I had could have been clearer on the site.
It should not have cost me 3 hours to get a brand new product to work as promised.
