Bought my second system in 22, thought it needed a new Graphics card and looked at Quiet's website for an idea. But not sure if you would fit so emailed Support, next day I got response that it would, with a caveat about power connections. So I ordered new card, arrived next day, fitted (needed the info on the power else might have not got it to work). PC benchmarks double previous GPU and its even quieter. Too soon to be sure on the effects but so far i am very happy.

I found the staff to be really helpful and understanding when I was looking for them to build a specialised PC, the prices were very competitive compared to other PC Builders .The PC arrived on time, and was very well packed .It was all a pleasant experience ,great communication .I will buy from this Company again.

I received my pc at the beginning of July 2024. It was put together ahead of schedule and arrived extremely well packaged.

Andy Ford was helpful and informative in answering the questions I had and putting together a package tailored to my requirements, sourcing an alternative motherboard to accommodate my wish list. He was also able to show the specific non-standard build of components directly on the web-site as we spoke on the phone which gave me the sense of integrity and transparency on the part of the company. Compared to mainstream alternatives it was also keenly priced.

The DA Breeze is a very compact and its aluminium chassis is really well built and looks really very smart. It's whisper quiet as advertised and was a breeze to set up and get going. I paired it with the 27" ASUS TUF monitor and overall the, speed, colour and graphics capabilities are a revelation compared to the old pc I had been used to. I'm also grateful for Quiet PC's clean build philosophy, so no annoying pop-ups trying to sell me software I do not need.

I appreciate the peace of mind I get from knowing that I can call upon a personal service from Quiet PC should I require advice or upgrades in the future, something seemingly completely lacking from mainstream suppliers.

Great website with tons of information. Very easy to configure a PC, inquire about the different components and put together your preferred build.
In the end, I opted to build the PC myself, since some of the components I wanted were not available on QuietPC, but I bought a a chunk of components here and they were delivered quickly in perfect state.
Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to build a serious gaming rig.

This company certainly lived up to the name QUIET PC On receipt and set up of the machine I was blown away. The computer is completely silent not a click wine or squeek. It was exactly what I paid for. Throughout the the sales process I have been looked after with all my questions answered very very happy and would highly recommend this company

Superb! Bought a QuietPC Serenity Ultimate Gamer D5 Z4 with an AMD Ryzen 9 chip, 128GB RAM, an NVidia GeForce 4070 graphics card and 2x 4TB HDD with RAID 1 mirror configuration. It's the bees knees! QuietPC are easy to work with, very efficient and customer service is done right. This monster PC is as quite as a church mouse, and is a joy to work on every day! Highly recommended!

Speedy service and helpful advice

Recently purchased my third system from Quiet PC - the Serenity Ultimate Gamer. Very well packaged, build quality is excellent. A minor issue was resolved quickly by technical support. No bloatware is installed. Excellent company, been a loyal customer for more than 10 years.

The PC I ordered was delivered within 5 days, well build and we'll packaged. It's a custom made machine, barely audible even though it has fans in it. The QuietPC customer service is very responsive.

Amongst others, they helped me finetune my build, very useful since I'm not that familiar with it. Turned out cheaper as well! And it really is quiet. I bought a PC for gaming, and even when running games for a good while I've yet to hear a thing. I'm pleasantly surprised under what kind of loads it remains absolutely quiet! The options to avoid RGB hell are also massively appreciated.

I ordered a compact desktop PC for music production use. My initial configuration, featuring a passive cooler, was running at temperatures high enough to be concerning for me. Tech support was dedicated and responsive throughout the process of resolving this, including taking the PC back and replacing the cooling system with a very quiet fan-based alternative at no cost.

They kept open the possibility of a full refund even when the 30 policy had technically expired, which gave me the peace of mind to see the technical exploration through, and was much appreciated.

I'm really impressed with the service and am now enjoying producing my music on a powerful and virtually silent PC.

Great service, fast delivery. When an issue arose with the PSU I'd ordered (the cables turned out to be too short for my large case), I was able to make direct contact and it was sorted out very easily.

My computer is now running faster and much quieter than it used to.
