A second experience of dealing with Andy from Quiet PC was just as good as the excellent first time he helped me. Kept me to date when replacing a motherboard for me and another reminder of why this is such a great business to deal with.

As a bit of a hardware enthusiast, I usually build my own PCs, but small form factor builds bring potential for compatibility challenges, something I wasn't keen to spend much time researching. While considering my options I came across Quiet PC’s customisation tools and was impressed. The available parts were exactly what I’d choose and pricing was very reasonable. I also appreciated their eco-friendly initiatives and, although I didn't use it myself, the build review option seems like a great idea. Ordering was simple, the build and delivery timelines were spot on and the PC I’m typing this on is exactly what I was after. Many thanks, thoroughly recommended.

The site had great configuration options. Delivery was prompt and the unit was well protected.

Quiet PC allowed me to build exactly what I wanted and prices were comparable to what I was seeing elsewhere, but the difference was that I didn't want to build a whole tower, I only needed certain components and Quiet PC did it best. On top of that, communication was great and shipping was fast to the States. Very appreciated.

My order was processed in due time and packaged carefully, apart from this I noticed this shop has products in stock that are not common or have been sold out ages ago elsewhere, which was the main reason I ordered with them. Fair prices, too.

QuietPC were incredibly helpful from first enquiry through to post-sales support. The PCs I ordered were built to spec (two different configurations) and both delivered on time. Both run beautifully and a minor initial set-up issue on one machine was resolved in about 10 minutes after a quick phone call for advice. That was great service and one of the reasons I always go back to QuietPC. Totally reliable and very friendly with great quality machines.

QuietPC were great from start to finish - I emailed them to get their opinion on a system spec, one of their senior engineers replied with a couple of minor changes. The ordering process was simple and smooth, I was kept informed at all stages of the build and delivery process. The machine itself is a JOY to use, it does everything without breaking into a sweat, it's so quiet I can barely tell if it's on or off. The build quality is superb. They're every bit as good as I'd hoped - totally recommended.

Excellent pre sales advice and flexible on arranging delivery. Also answered promptly a couple of support questions after delivery. Full marks all round.

I had previously purchased a custom-built pc from Quiet PC back in 2017, and it has performed faultlessly since then. However, technology moves on, and so when it came to considering a replacement, Quiet PC was my natural go-to solution! I selected the Serenity Ultimate Gamer, but enquired about an alternative case - Andy was very helpful at assisting with this, and the new pc blends in nicely with my study. Super quiet too! As ever, prompt response, helpful and friendly staff - you can see from other reviews that this is a core element of why Quiet PC is highly rated. I’m sure this pc will do me a good few years now….. but when the time comes to upgrade or replace, Quiet PC will be top of my list once again!

I bought a system 9 years ago and it is still going strong. I'm only considering a new one because of the Windows 10 end of support. I'm spoilt for choice

Bought a properly silent PC and it's briliant, but just as good was the time spent going through the order on the phone. The person I spoke to was friendly, knowledgable and didn't hurry me in the slightest. Closest I've felt for ages to going in to a local, high-street shop which, for an expensive purchase, is invaluable.
Would recommend anyone to use them.

Great service, PC was built very quickly and as I happen to live near the office and round the corner from one of the staff members, Paul, he dropped it off at my house to save a couple of days on delivery.

Before ordering I was a bit stuck as to what parts I needed, but a quick call with Andy soon sorted that out, he even tried to down sell me a couple of parts to save me some money.

I don't need much. My perfect PC must be silent, look great and be snappy. Building it myself was an option, but Quiet PC's price was very good. My machine was delivered from UK to Canada in 10 days. It's running Kubuntu without a hitch and without a sound. Very happy.

Easy to build your perfect PC at a competitive price by customising one of their range. There are alternative options for nearly every component with data sheets explaining each option and their effect on the cost.
My PC was built, tested and delivered quickly and was safely packed.
It's so quiet I had to look to see if the fans were running.
I did have an issue with the supplied product key which was quickly resolved.
All round great experience. I would buy from them again and recommend to others.

I have so far ordered 2 silent PCs (mid to high end, 1 recently, another 2 years ago) and I could not be happier. Speedy delivery, great attention to detail, fair pricing. Cannot believe I used to put up with fan and harddrive noise for decades!

As things stand, I cannot imagine buying my next PC anywhere else! Cannot speak to their support as I have never had an issue. It's a joy dealing with real people who obviously take great pride in their work!
