Paid over double price. We visited Avoriaz, where we have come for many years. Also in the past we have been to this shop to rent skis. This year was the last. We rented skis and trusted that the price was fair, as it usually is.
When we returned with skis, we thought that there was a deposit included in the price, as it was 558 Euro to rent 3 pairs of skis, two pairs of boots and a helmet for 5 days. The real price they mention on the webpage is 267 EURO. The owner of the shop simply explained that now we had paid, it was just not his problem. We obviously felt cheated.
I told him to return the difference, and that if you do business this way, customers will not come again - He did not care.
Paying the full not discounted rate ordering at the webshop you expect service from customer support. Nope, it´s your fault the gloves are much smaller then described. And if you are looking for the combination with the jacket and pants you have bought and the next size of gloves is not available it´s your problem. Take it or leave it. We will refund, you pay the courier. Next time I leave it.
