Definitely one of my favourite shops, although it should come with a health warning: It's highly addictive!! Quiltzauberei has gorgeous, gorgeous fabrics, everything is lovingly packaged with little special details (a button here and there, and occasionally a little extra) and sent swiftly at a reasonable shipping price. As a customer one feels valued, and although so far I have never had any issues, from their tone and attitude I'm certain that their customer service is also top notch.
It is my go to for anything quilt related, can highly recommend!! XO

I made a pre order for the four new patterns from byAnnie and payed the normal price.
A few days later there was a set of the new patterns for a lower price.
I ask if they where so kind to make a refund for the money.
In one hour I get a answer. The shop refund the money so I get the patterns for a lower price.
The service is top. I am a happy customer.
