Elio my patient manager was extremely helpful when I both had many questions and apprehension about the whole process.
Even though I was tied up with work commitments he rang back when it was convenient and even looked into booking flights to coincide with treatment.
All round, so far a very reassuring experience.

This is my second time using Qunomedical. I have nothing but good things to say about them, so efficient and really go over and above to make life easier for you especially when traveling abroad for treatment. Response time is nearly immediate and I would have no problem recommending them what so ever!

I had dental work carried out. I just could not afford to pay for this at home.
From the moment that I arrived it was professional. My consultation involved two dentist's who arrived at the best way forward for me. The treatment was carried out immediately with little pain only discomfort. I await the final chapter in the next few months. To this point the experience has been very positive.

From the moment we reached out until our final procedure, the customer service was exceptional. There was no pressure to commit to procedures upfront, with all decisions and payments being finalised only after arriving on-site, which allowed us to make informed choices without feeling rushed.

The accommodation provided was superb, featuring a delightful selection of soft foods like soups, noodles, and pastries, along with an array of both hot and cold beverages. This thoughtful touch made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

Included in the package were airport transfers. Our friendly and professional drivers met us as soon as we exited customs and provided quality transportation to and from the clinic. This seamless experience began the moment we landed and continued throughout our stay.

Upon arrival at the clinic, despite already having X-rays and a telephone consultation in the UK, we underwent a full consult to double-check everything. This thorough approach provided great peace of mind and highlighted that our satisfaction was their priority, rather than a hard sell.

The clinic itself is modern and immaculately clean, with a full range of specialist dentists available. Post-procedure, we were given a bag of medication with detailed instructions, ensuring a smooth recovery.

One aspect we truly appreciated was how the clinic arranged everything for us, apart from the flights. This comprehensive service made the entire process incredibly easy and hassle-free.

We chose this company based on a friend's recommendation from six years ago, who still has excellent teeth with no issues. After doing our due diligence and consulting with two UK dentists who offered the same treatment for over twice the price, we confirmed that the products used were identical. The main cost difference was due to labor and exchange rates.

In conclusion, we cannot recommend this company highly enough. The staff were brilliant, and communication was exceptional. They genuinely listened to our concerns and alleviated them at every stage, making the entire dental process as painless as possible. 😄

If you're considering cosmetic dentistry, this company should be one of your choices to check, if not the top choice!

I will never find the words to express how incredible this journey has been, every single step. From the very first phone call with Elio I knew I found THE place for my life long dream of breast reduction. In a week I was already on a flight to Turkey, never felt alone one second, just landed and already got text from taxi driver and hospital. They picked me up ( after lovely tourist day in Antalya!), brought to hospital, got ready, and finally morning after met the best surgeon I could have (I call her my Wonderwoman) who really wanted to know what I wanted. Went straight to surgery and woke up with exactly, even better than expected, cute little boobies!! Continuous nurse assistance after and surgeon visit, and day after taken to the best hotel with sea view to recover! And still cannot believe what I see in the mirror, FOREVER THANKFUL DR. Qunomedical is like a warm and safe place in this jungle that represents the hair transplant business. They have safe contacts everywhere in Europe and personally speaking, I have been super nicely advised by Elio to go to Turkey whereas I was not really excited by this idea. Elio and Kassie are helpful, super reactive, and have the right contacts ! Dr Yavuz clinic is one of the best, you feel like a real patient and not a customer, everything is all inclusive, no hidden prices, no surprise. For this special episode of life, you cannot be better surrounded

Well my trip went smoothly. The transport was excellent. My treatment was painless and the staff were friendly and professional. So so far so good 😎

Kassie has been amazing thus far. She answers all of my many questions in a timely manner & makes sure to go above and beyond for my requests. She even stays on the phone with me as long as it takes to make sure my itinerary is set. She’s awesome - I hope everyone who uses Qunomedical finds their Kassie!

My husband booked this trip after a great review from a work colleague.
The booking process was tricky fitting into work schedule and flight times but got there in the end. The process so far has been a good experience.

This is meant for everyone since i stopped speaking to my first rep (personel) since having our money,i cant seem to see anything that tells me where my husband and i are staying.
The dates they have for him are wrong as he arrives in the country the day after they have him down to have all his teeth taken out, good luck with that one.
Worse we are down as staying in totally different hotels!
I cant find out if i need to bring anything with me for my procedure’s POST OP OR CAN I EVEN BUY ITEMS THERE!!!!
We still havent been told how much is the cost difference as it certainly will be a lot less having one hotel and not 2.
I also asked could i have a price of both hotels as i may want to up grade.
NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!!!!!
Now how do i feel about using your hospitals and Doctors, Omg bloody terrified you’ve knocked out the confidence i did have in you.
It feels like i need to cross my fingers and hope for the best.
If it wasn’t for my husband i would absolutely cancel i have zero faith in you guys.
worse it took me 5 yrs to have Bottox so this is a major big deal for me, and look at where we are. All i want is to speak to someone so i can see wtf is going on and straighten up this mess before we arrive in 7 days time!!!!!!!
I CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE AS THE PHONE LINE IS ENGAGED, I HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT SO CALLED " CARE TEAM" PERSONEL TEXT, ONLY TO GET REPLACED BY SOMEONE ELSE AND WHATEVER I SEND VIA WHATSAPP IS NEVER PICKED UP BY THE LATEST PERSON THAT I SPEAK TOO.
I ALREADY FEEL DOOMED BEFORE I START CHEERS FOR THAT GUYS!!!!

The journey was easy. I checked all the establishments with trust pilot and I was happy with the results. So far so good. I now look forward to the treatment in a few weeks.

From the beginning the clinic were attentive and happy to reassure about worries. The clinic was extremely clean,staff very helpful and at all times they had an English speaking person to explain what they were doing and why. Always efficient from picking up from the hotel to returning you. No infection, a bit of pain, but excellent after care.
I would recommend booking the trip through a travel agent not through the clinic as it will save you money. They would still offer lifts to and from the clinic. Very satisfied with my teeth.

Best decision in my life and form baby steps to finish treatment I completely forgot how is to have "family around" stupid is even convinced be stressed about language difficulties - you feel like at home with friends around and even when you get any depressed sometimes stations you always feel friends with you - is the best what happened in my life and -- best recommendation!- don't hazitate - just give them a call or email and put smile on your face
