Will be receiving treatment sometime this year… my patient manager Yonela, she is Amazing re assuring me everything is as they say it is. Not only that when ever I needed assistance in anything, she would get back to me as soon as possible, also if I need any help with booking flights she said she’d be their to help, couldn’t fault her one bit as she is their for anything I need help with.

Yonela was so helpful and made my whole experience so much easier

We got good informations, well answered questions. But our booking was just a small part of the whole "delivery". Going to a clinic and getting a medical treatment ist much more than just informations. We will see, what we will find there and what will be the result. So please give us time for the main part and dont`t ask anymore before all is done

Well, It’s May 2024 and I have returned to MDental in Budapest for my two bridges and 5 crowns. On this trip, none of the accommodations are covered, however airport transfers are. Before arriving, I receive an email from Qunomedical reminding me of the balance due for my remaining procedures.

This round of treatment is thankfully with another more pleasant and communicative doctor. On my first visit I was informed there was no reason to have two of the five crowns replaced. Great, a little less pain and cost, so I naively thought! Things were going well with my treatment plan and on my fourth visit (on this trip) with the doctor I am advised to pay the remaining balance. I go downstairs to pay and there is an increase of €536. Remember, there is LESS work to be performed and it now cost more (please spare me with any dribble about the “exchange rate”)! My return to the Airport was supposed to be included, but I could not get in contact with my patient coordinator, so that expense also came out of my pocket.

Unfortunately I cannot simply change the process as we are about to conclude treatment. I am rather disappointed with what has transpired. If you do decide to use Qunomedical and MDental, do so with your eyes open!

I left a deposit and their customer service team was there for any and every question I asked.so now I'm on my first part of the treatment plan but they are helping me with a flight. Cause they take care of pick up from the airport and take to me to the hotel and arrange a ride to the clinic so far I'm very pleased with everything and I will write another review when everything is done and I have a big smile with Pearl whites 😁

This is just for the bad customer service. I wrote a complaint because they don’t want to speak with people and I’m still waiting a reply since the 16th April. The previous reply I got from the management was so useless cause instead of addressing my points they told me that they knew I was speaking with a consultant. Your email full of words without any actual action do not help me. It seems they are unorganised as well, I was speaking with Giana and she told me I would get a reply in 2 days. She disappeared and I’m still waiting since the 16th April. On another hand I was speaking with Sandy who told was out of office until the past Thursday and radio silence until today 27th April. Be careful with this people it’s like flipping a coin. Since I complained that the surgery didn’t go well I felt abandoned by them. They say they would help me but since December it’s just empty words. It’s like the deny the photos evidence.

Update 6th May: until today no reply either from Giana or Sandy. Tried to reach them on all the whatsapp number available but no reply. I can see that on what's app all my messages have only one gray tick. I think they blocked me because they didn't like the review. No support at all!

Yonela has been my travel concierge throughout the entire experience and has been amazing! She answered every single question promptly, provided great feedback and did a ton of research for me for each country I was considering. I ultimately decided on having work done in Izmir which starts next week. I cannot say enough good things about the experience so far and have passed along the name of the company and specifically Yonela’s name to work with.

I had contacted several places online and all were very pushy and money focused but Ibrahim responded to every question I had (and there were many) he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and even came in under budget. Amazing service!
