I genuinely cannot recommend Qunomedical enough! Gigi was super responsive, extremely knowledgeable and always answered my questions quickly and efficiently (no matter how many I asked haha). I feel really safe and confident in my decision by going through Qunomedical, especially with all of the information, reviews and videos they provide on the doctor/surgeon you're considering. Highly recommend! I now eagerly await my rhinoplasty surgery in September and will be submitting a review for that doctor on the Qunomedical website accordingly :)

Poor correspondence
After writing my last review on 20th Jan, michelle this matter would be looked in to, yet 3 weeks later still nothing.
I asked a manager to contact me via email, yet no response. I asked via what's app, eventually on the 6th Feb Luke said he would be in touch on thursday 7th, but did, he responded on the 8th to say he would contact me on monday, he didnt.
I'll be sending a letter with all these let downs. Sandy has been nice, but her hands are tied.
If I booked a holiday through an agent and there was a problem, I wouldn't be expected to cover the cost of their failings.
*edit* How do I best get in touch about these ongoing issues? You haven't been clear in your response. Your manager Luke doesn't get back to me? What am I supposed to do?

Nosejob Izmir
I had my nose operated on in Turkey-Izmir at the Can-Hospital. Everything went through Qunomedical, without any problems. They arranged everything and I always had a contact person. I made my trip (as a woman) alone and never felt alone or uncomfortable. I had a very nice, competent interpreter on site. I was operated on by Dr. Burak Kocagözoglu. A really great doctor with a lot of experience. The hotel and the Viptransfer was also very good. Thanks for everything!!!
