In general I received my products on time, but my Bosch was not brand new sealed, on the sticker was clear that was opened before. Few scratches on the devices. I'm happy from my purchase, for 60% of the original price I bought Bosch GSB 110 c + fast charger with 2 battery 5ah.
We bought a De Walt Tafelzaag+ onderstelt .
It arrived well but we had a problem when turning on. The next day I called Quofi, they did everything to help me, came to pick it and ordered a new one, when realizing that they don’t have a new one in stock and it might take time until they have one, they surprised us and we got a new one with in 3 days, great service! Kind people! Helpful!
Wonderful tafel zaak!
I have ordered caliper on bol.com from supplier Quofi.
In couple of minutes, I have canceled order (it was Saturday). But they did not cancel it.
Then, on Monday, I have written several emails to Quofi asking for canceling delivery. They have ignored my request and said that DHL will deliver it anyway, because they could not cancel delivery (but in fact they even have not gave this parcel to DHL yet).
I was not at home at had no possibility to reject delivery. So now parcel is laying on the street.
It is horrible service!
