Getting Worse
Quality of Quora has gotten worst as time goes on all I see the same old repeated questions with little to no research, spaces riddled with spam articles and spam links
Other then that the support is clearly non existent if there is any sort of issue they will not reach out
Will not recommend
Account got banned 2 seconds after…
Account got banned 2 seconds after opening it, without reason, explanation, or anything. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use ChatGPT instead of this garbage.
Dooman gloom answers
Quora sucks
Quora sucks and the moderation is a joke. Questionable content is all over Quora, yet not removed. It is full of propaganda from different peers and the moderation is too incompetent to solve this problem. It basically encourages questionable content while removing any type of truly critical thinking with a few exceptions. This, dear reader, is the result of a failed education system.
the moderation team must wake up
The neglicence of the moderation team who constantly avoids to undertake any action against trolls or other fraudolent users on the platform is somewhat disgusting... Indeed, the way they ignore complains from costumers should make the Quora managers reflect about the idea of firing the whole moderation team and hiring a new one.
Apart from such issue, which urgently needs to be solved, there is still space for some interesting cultural questions/answers, meaning that not all of the initial purpose and potential of this platform has been completely lost yet.
one of worst resources for information…
one of worst resources for information specially the arabic edition ar.quora
just avoid it and avoid poe the AI that relays on it too
quora.com is financing radicals
quora.com is built by or to finance radicals, all people who make posts or use it in anyway are in danger, specially who advertise with them, they can be associated with them and considered financing radicals.
After you sign up you cannot delete account or unsubscribe
Sends countless emails amounting to spam, cannot stop with spam filter as they always use different email addresses.
I tried to unsubscribe and found there is no mechanism to unsubscribe or delete account.
Asked how on quora and didn't receive an answer funnily enough 🤷♂️
The worst place to get info
The worst place to get info. I have even added the site to the add-on uBlacklist to never ever get a search result that links to this pointless site.
Manipulation
This site is full of liars and the mods favors them.
There is a guy from israel talking about how israel evacuated almost every palestinians from gaza, there being no genocide and UN under Hamas control is doing this to make Israel look bad.
Not only that but he talks like muslims are undereducated primates and regardless of reporting him for hate speech, quora let it be.
When you prove them wrong, the mods decide to delete your comment so he can continue doing this thing.
I strongly suggest to avoid this site
They banned my account for no specific…
They banned my account for no specific reason. I have been using Quora since 2018, and most of what I share there reflects my general knowledge about different topics. Additionally, I am a student ambassador at UoPeople, so I answered several questions related to online education and the legitimacy of the institution. As someone with experience, I wasn't lying about the information I shared. While they didn't explicitly say it was the reason, I assumed it was because there was nothing else I wrote that was offensive or against the T&C's. Overall, I am very frustrated with them. I appealed, but they ignored me.
Horrible user experience
Horrible user experience. I don't how they get ranked on Google, every time I click on an topic I searched for I get tons of off topic sponsored answers. I'm so annoyed by it that I came here to express my feelings)
Atrocious site that falsely labels relevant responses as SPAM
An atrocious site that'll scream that your relevant, on topic and useful answers are "SPAM!" and block your account for contributing. Do not waste your time on here. To call it a Failure is putting it generously.
Poorly Run Website
This is an absolutely disgraceful excuse for a website. Over the years, we contributed posts from time to time, only to be suddenly and arbitrarily blocked with zero warning. Their claim? That we “posted the same things” — a complete fabrication. Every answer we gave was relevant, appropriate, and certainly not, as they falsely allege, for “monetary gain.”
Any halfway competent website would give users a clear warning if they were allegedly crossing some invisible line. Not here. Instead, they hide behind vague accusations, offer no proof, and simply pull the plug on your account without a shred of professional courtesy. It’s lazy, petty, and an insult to the very users who helped contribute to their platform.
There is just no point to this app
There is just no point to this app, its like a poundland Reddit. It's for old people and about as useful as Myspace. This app is for the graveyard, adios amigo.
I find Quora is now protecting Trump
I find Quora is now protecting Trump. Any facts which are true about Trump is being rejected. I once found Quora to be good for discussion but now Trump has influenced what content goes on there. Comments and posts which are factual and not obscene about Trump are now being rejected while posts and comments which are obvious untrue and amount to racial vilification are allowed if you support Trump. I deleted my account as I no longer want to be part of a discussion group which is now extremely biased!
Scam
This website will not allow you to delete your account or deactivate even though the option is there. You will never get passed the password lock. The site has state run media just like the news in the form of bots swaying opinions with questions that are aggravating at best. They sell your data and identity to the government and whoever else wants to pay. You might be rounded up by Trump. Do not open an account. You will regret it for life.
Disgusting Experience
Third class application. Don't use it. They allow childlike answers and moderate innocent people without sending email or even notifying.
They banned my 2 accounts, one is 11 years old and the second is 9 years old, in just two days.
I advise you to never use Quora.
