Josh went above and beyond to help me find car insurance at an affordable price which I would have taken but I found one slightly more feasible, not by much though. I must say the customer service he gave and the effort he went to I am grateful for and if I ever need to discuss car insurance again via Quote Detective I’ll be asking for Josh! 100% recommend.

Jimmy king was absolutely amazing, clear cut no dilly dally, explained everything clearly and when I needed him to explain things over, he was patient and professional.

Quote Detective initially attracted me with a very low online quote, but once I called, the price increased significantly after they added extra requirements and questioned details already provided. The process felt overly complicated, with repeated requests for documents, inconsistent communication, and pressure from sales staff. Customer service was frustrating at times, and cancelling or changing the policy appeared expensive and difficult. Overall, the experience felt misleading, stressful, and lacking transparency.
PAID £513 DEPOSIT AND £231 FOR NEXT MONTH.CANCELLED IN 30 DAYS AND TOTAL REFUND WAS GIVEN £44.92.
ALSO GOT CHARGED £75 FOR THE WEDGE THEY SENT WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF BUYING THE POLICY.

I needed my policy updating and Hannah sorted everything out for me within minutes
All sorted very professional and polite

10/10 service!!!! Called up to set up insurance and had Becky FLOWERS help getting my policy all setup and long story short we had some issues but she managed to sort every one of them out, she went above and beyond!!! A very valued member of the company and makes the whole process seem smoother!!!
