Helpful staff, poor product information
The QVC team member was very helpful and arranged a replacement pair of trainers very quickly, unfortunately the replacement pair was also missing the second set if laces which leads me to believe the information supplied on line and by the Vionic presenter was inaccurate. This is poor given that QVC is an online retailer and customers are reliant on the information provided.

Once again. Ridiculous postage price. Do not feel QVC care as much about products or customers as they once did. Sizing. Product control. Lost count of getting products home and sizes wrong by inches. Recent marla Wynne trousers after 2 washes literally fell apart. No comment from qvc and yes I contacted you.
