RAAW pet food disgusting cats refusing to touch . Never buy this for Ur Cats you love think twice don't waste money

Disgusting rubbish

I decided to try the cat food for my 2 cats. It’s claims to be human grade food but when you read the actual ingredients it’s mostly beef heart chicken heart and ground up chicken bones hardly any of the actual meat. So defrosted as per instructions and it looks disgusting just slops of what looks like guts. I decided to offer it to my cats to see there reaction both cats wouldn’t entertain they did not want to know. I won’t be buying this again the whole box went in the bin

After some research, I ordered a trial box of food from the website on 16/11/23. It was delivered promptly, earlier than expected. The box was resealed by the courier as it was damaged. It was too big for the contents. The food was still usable.
Clearance bundles are sold separately discounted. I wasn't expecting a short use date. After inspection the expiry for the lamb variety was Nov 23. As returns are impractical and probably denied I am concerned this will be an ongoing problem. Good customer service is imperative as we are dealing with a perishable product and can't afford to throw away unused food. Sadly usual when dealing with large Companies.
The only retail outlet is Morrisons which is usually out of stock for adult dogs. It is difficult to find an alternative stockist.
The food is packed in 200g sachets which are easy to store and use. As our dog needs 600g p.d 3 sachets make handling a snap. Most other suppliers of raw food sell in 500g or 454g tubs.
The varieties are lamb, beef and chicken. Salmon variety is not currently supplied. There is also a working dog chicken.
The food itself is a complete meal and has a high rating on the All About Dog Food website. The delivery charge is very competitive being a flat charge irrespective of weight. The cost is within reach for people who want to feed raw to their animals. Our dog is drinking less water, pooing only once a day, is calmer and her coat has improved.

I've been feeding my 5 dogs Raaw since they were puppies and they absolutely love it. They will not touch any other food. They have fabulous coats, bright eyes and clean teeth and are full of health and energy. I love the ease of buying from my local Morrisons and find them a really good price. I also love the individual package sizes which makes it easy to freeze and defrost. I would highly recommend this food!
