Rabbit Hutches Reviews

Item purchased is high quality and reasonably easy to construct. It arrived quickly and in good condition. My cats love it and are already using it frequently when outside. Couldn't ask for more.

great service
friendly emails
knowing staffs first names
quick delivery

Such a wonderful company. This is my third purchase and have found the service excellent. The goods always arrive well packaged with clear instructions to assemble the item. Whilst I only paid for standard delivery, the item was delivered within 3 days from my order being placed. I would highly recommend this company.

High quality hutch with thicker bars, good quality wood and a nice finish. Happy I avoided some of the cheaper options elsewhere as I want the rabbits to be well protected. Communication was fantastic throughout the process and the product arrived earlier than estimated. We also brought the cover which is also of a great quality. Instructions were great and they really have thought of everything with pro tips and advice like warming the cover up so it fits well but also supply extra strap whilst the cover finds its natural shape. We are very happy with the service and product. Highly recommend.

Fast delivery
Excellent hutch, well built, sturdy with quality materials exactly as described on the website.
My brother built it within an hour and it looks beautiful.
Plenty of space for my two rabbits and they will be very happy in there.
I would highly recommend this hutch and this company as the emails and instructions and delivery have all been superb.

Well made, great design, clear instructions and quick delivery. Better still my rabbits love it!

Easy to order and quick delivery.
Mike answered my query quickly, helping me to make the decision to order.
The medium rabbit run was easy to put together, and is great quality, but I wish I'd read the instructions more closely! User error!

The run will be used for our 6 baby tortoises during the summer months. It folds up neatly for storage in the garage over winter.

Good quality
Apparently easy to assemble although I did ask someone else to do it
Love the pull out tray and lockable upstairs door

Great product. Fantastic communication throughout. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent communication and prompt and efficient delivery of the item.
We had ordered the same item a few years before and pleased to find it was still of the same excellent quality.

Ease of ordering, great after sales service. Well made hutch and so easy to assemble. Out cats are going to love it.

Really solid hutch, well designed for easy access and cleaning. We found it simple to put together, majority is assembled so just putting sides together and roof on.
Delivery was prompt and the driver carried it to the shed for safe keeping until I could assemble it. I'm very happy with my choice of supplier and hutch 😁.

Fantastic quality run and brilliant service. Kept up to date and emailed over assembly instructions. These were easy to follow though it's so well made it didn't need much assembly. It's unusual these days to deal with a good company producing high standard products. Very pleased with our purchase!

Delivery was quick. Assembly was very easy and the final product seems very sturdy and high quality. The rabbit hutch was a bit more expensive than others we have had in the past, but is so much space and the design well thought through, so we would say very good value for money.

The care and attention for customer service is fantastic. Having placed my order, I changed my mind about which hutch I wanted and the team were so quick and professional to switch things around, refund the difference and get everything back on track. The actual product is really high quality and we’re absolutely delighted.

Excellent quality, great communication. Did a lot of research and really glad i went with this company

Have used this company many times now. Always great products, fair prices and great communication. Thank you.

Perfect for our outdoor tortoise garden! Easy to order, communication exceptional with updates at each stage, clear instructions for assembly. Delivery was quick and the courier was on time and friendly! The quality of the run and hide is very good. Very happy with the whole process, thank you!

Product is good quality and my tortoise loves the rabbit run , and folds down compactly and takes up hardly any space when not in use ,really glad we bought this.
