Placed order (£100+) 29th April 2022 went for the free shipping option. Items apparently green which means good stock.
Was informed order was shipped Tuesday 3rd May 2022.
Received a "tracking number", well, not really, just a confirmed delivery number that only has one scan at point of delivery. Anyone can generate one of these and not actual post anything, common scam. Basically, this is for a standard parcel from Royal Mail. One that is only insured for £20. Any company would use as a free option, a service that covers for loss that would cover the actual amount of the loss. Not these guys. Then again, I doubt they have actually sent anything anyway.
Emailed quite a few times as days passed and no package. They do not have a telephone that works, just get the "this inbox is full and you cannot leave a message". They do not have a facebook page, twitter is pretty much dead too.
After numerous emails, waiting days, finally got a reply to state the sack of orders had gone missing. Weird right.
Asked for refund, still waiting.
Website has not T&C's, no VAT or registered company details, no trade body or regulator registration, nothing.
A quick note, these scammers also have other websites, Avery Motorcycles and The Brake King that I am now aware of. Same useless websites.
Couldn't even pay using PayPal which also should have been a red flag to me but as with most other people, you trust everything will be ok. Lesson learned for me.
Take other peoples advice along with mine and DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS

Avoid at all cost

Order placed and payment taken but no goods received. No communication from them and no replies to email. Refund claimed through credit card company and will shop elsewhere in future. Just wished I'd read other reviews on here before wasting my time on these chancers.

Went looking for a quickshifter on weds evening and saw this site was showing stock of what I wanted. Ordered a healtech one for my bike with free delivery and was expecting it next week. Yesterday DHL delivered the item to me and I spent the evening in the garage installing my shifter. No issues here and happy with the speed of delivery.

These people/company is a con...the only time they responded to any comunication was when I made a PayPal dispute and then they refunded me the same day I made the dispute, so they were fully aware of my attempts to email them and phone them....do your self a favour and steer clear.

Sadly my experience has been just the same as others. Although, sort of interestingly, they did process a refund very rapidly, which TBH I didn't expect

These people are total conmen, they take your money then do not deliver your order.
They do not answer any emails the phone just rings, auto answer machine says the to many calls then just cut you off.
If you order from them you will never receive your parts or get your money back.

Scammers, the same as below, ordered a reservoir. Did not arrive, no reply to emails and no product.

Ordered a rear sprocket on 03/08/21 its now 13/08/21 nothing recieved bikes booked into workshop on 21st , im now gonna have to cancel, i sent this company an email on the 6th saying it had to be in my possesion before the 21st, No reply!!!
I wont be using them again
Now looking into getting my money back and ordering from somewhere more reliable

Very poor company, I bought a brake fluid reservoir what I should receive within 3 to 5 days ,3 weeks after I still not receiving nothing, they doesn't respond the emails and just after escalate a case on PayPal they uploaded a tracking number let's see what I'm going receive

Ordered a screen with an apparent 3-5 day turnaround and still waiting 3 weeks later, pandemic or no pandemic I refuse to believe you can’t post an item in that amount time when all other small companies manage it. No response to emails and the phone number states they are not accepting incoming calls. Mega.

I was a bit puzzled when I received a shipping notification that my package from "B&C Express" was going to be delivered, because I had placed the order with "Race and Trackday Parts", but my order arrived the next day as promised.

As far as I can tell, the two companies do not share an address. To add to the mystery, the box in which the parts were shipped had the name and logo of "Sports Bike Shop", yet another retailer of motorcycle parts and accessories....

All's well that ends well, I suppose!

I ordered a part from the website, the wrong part was delivered. The website was then amended and the item I ordered was removed (I kept a copy of my original invoice showing a full description of the part I ordered). I’ve since returned the wrong part and I’m still awaiting a refund.
I’ve never been able to contact this site via telephone and replies to emails have been slow (and that’s on the rare occasion that they bothered to reply).
