Max was very helpful and understanding.
I ordered a Remus Exhaust, it took a while to arrive at racing one labs and I got a bit worrying, but he assured me it was on it's way. We had quite a lot of email conversations and he always answered quickly. Transportation and packaging was quick and good. Would order here again!

Arrow exhaust delivered today and I am very satisfied. Quality and price perfect. Communication with the seller at a good level. He responded immediately to questions about availability. I recommend it.

On 22 Nov, shipment is picked up by Italy Post.
On 30 Nov, shipment is received.

Not able to give you 5 star because of the communication. Please never make a promise unless you are 100% sure.
If something is out of your control, please inform the customer.

Actually the overall speed is not bad as he took the speedpost instead of normal EMS.
It still faster than other shop although the item is only shipped 3 weeks after. Just to be patience on this part.

I ordered the Leo Vince exhaust on 2 Nov which is mentioned as Available on the site.
On 8 Nov, he said will send me next week.
On 14 Nov, he said will send me tomorrow 100%.
On 16 Nov, he said will send me in afternoon.
On 17 Nov, I requested a refund but he said shipped with DPD and I will receive in 3 days.
On 20 Nov, nothing is received. Order, tracking nor the refund.

I understand you may not control the supplier.
But you should never have false promise to customer.You can give me an ETA of your stock or just tell you don’t even know.
But, it is shown as Available on your site. I expect it is in stock.

UPDATE #3 - Adding 1 star because correct item arrived and seller EVENTUALLY provided honest and complete info instead of impossible to keep promises.

October 8, 2023:  Billed EUR 545,68 and paid in full via PayPal same day.
November 10, 2023: I have received nothing but unfulfilled promises to ship Matris fork cartridges. I am sympathetic to challenges of life and business and willing to be patient but I am not willing to be made a fool by unkept assurances:
October 21, 2023:  “Hello i send you monday”
October 25, 2023:  “Hello Matris have consigned yesterday, I send you today”
 October 30, 2023:  “Hello yes I wrote for you tracking number in the afternoon”
November 6, 2023:  “Hello Joe yes sorry, i send you in the afternoon…”

Very good communication, kept updated with the progress of my purchase, pleased with the exhaust, shame I had to pay the import fees but did know this before I bought it , but didn’t know how much

Very good contact with the store. I learned a lot of things when buying my Arrow exhaust, the seller responds very quickly to messages. The prices are very attractive.

Website says available 2-3 days.. Three and a half week later i recieved the wrong product!! They take zero responsibility on the matter. They even fail to send me a return label.. So as of now I have wasted 400 Euro on a Can that I did not order. Bad bad Company!

They have the best prices. Exaust came as promised (10 working days). I recommend this store.

I’ve found Racing One Lab during my last trip to Italy, I was looking for a full exhaust system for my 2022 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R. They took the time to explain me about the options I had with Arrow and Titanium was the choice, so they helped me ordering the part with factory and then, when I was back home, they had it shipped and delivered to my front door in Peru via DHL. Thank you for your help guys, thank you for the service you offered

I wanted to order a helmet that was no longer produced. On the website, it was shown as in-stock, thus I decided to order it here. The order went through and the money was deducted from my account.
Following some time of no status updates, I decided to message them to request a status update and they said that it was no longer in stock. After a brief email interchange, I requested a refund. They replied to me quickly, offered alternatives, and refunded my purchase immediately upon request.
While this was a frustrating experience, I cannot in good faith give this business less than 3-stars as I will probably come back to buy again, because they have a large stock of items, the website is easy to use, and they email back very quickly.
With that said, if the business is reading this, use this as a reminder to stay professional in your emails. While you did help me quickly, some tact goes a long way. :)

Order full bike suspension from racing one lab, after 3 weeks waiting, no update. Then i contacted the shop on their IG page, and the seller said they will update in 1 week. One week later, still nothing, I messed them again, this time, they waited a couple days before repling and again postpone the delivery date.

Now 7 weeks later, NO product, money charged.

I am going to request a refund from cc. hopefully no other people get scammed

I ordered a Matrice Fork Cartridge kit from their site and had it shipped to the Philippines.
It took more than a month to deliver but it's worth it. They had the best price in the market for the Cartridge Kit I was looking for.
Customer support is helpful in following up inquiries. Will definitely order with them again should I need other parts in the future.

I bought a muffler from these guys and it arrived so quickly. the price is good and they replied to email so quickly. they ship the item also very quick. i would go back and order more.

Bought a ixrace m9 for ducati Scrambler from Racing lab one. Im very happy and satisfied. They responded to my email quickly. Even though im in usa, they exhaust came very quickly via DHL service. I m recommended these guys. Thank you

From when I ordered my Arrow exhaust to the day it arrived was well over a month. Had to keep chasing by email, which I may add I sent in Italian only to receive the reply in broken English. Have they never heard of Google translate 😂. Kept being promised delivery which then would pass. If your willing to wait for your purchase then order from them. My honest opinion, I would not bother again. They definitely need to work on their customer service ie, make the effort.

First time ordering from this shop. BEST price on an UPMAP T800.
Took a little longer than promised but that’s okay I know they are in high demand so was on back order.
Arrived yesterday in safe condition.
I’ll happily use this company again!

I had to wait an awful long time for my Shoei helmet. normally the helmet would be shipped within 5 working days. I can understand that something can go wrong with an order or supplier. but don't always keep the customers on the line and just be honest.
always a date was promised and always postponed. finally received my helmet with help of paypal action center after waiting MORE like 1 month.
