Good basic wiring organizer.

I did find it doesn't mount quite the way that I wanted, but there enough holes I think I can use an "L" bracket or something to mount they way we need. Our rack is in a weird location right next to a wall, so I have to leave room so we can squeeze past - not a normal attachment. This is pretty unusual though. The left side will mount perfectly!

I was in the process of looking for a wall mount rack for a new office install project at a branch office and was having a hard time locating a rack that would work in the space we have.

I cam across Rackmount Solutions via a Google search and was able to find exactly what I needed. It was easy to find the open wall mount rack as the internal and external dimensions were listed right on the product page and I didn't need to go looking for a engineering drawing or call to speak to someone.

This simplified the buying process and was able to complete it quick and easy. Shipping was fast and reasonable.

Next time I need another rack this will be my first and only stop.

We got everything we needed.

Just deployed my first rack purchased from Rackmount and couldn't be more happy. The product was exactly as described. Was well designed with great options for adjusting it to our specific needs. The construction was outstanding and using nice thick metal without making the unit inordinately heavy. It was a 6U wall mount unit with a locking glass door and panels and it mounted in a few min and is very stable and looks good too.

The unit shipped when they said it would and was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.

Great card on the inside from the individual who built it here in America. The pride in their work was evident both in the message and in the product. You might find cheaper options on the internet but I don't think you'll find better value.

Easy to follow online ordering-fast phone support with any questions I had and knowledgeable people about their products made it a great one stop shopping trip for my rack needs

Rackmount Solutions has an excellent selection of networking hardware. They have an incredible variety of just about anything you could need to equip your IT Closets/Server Rooms. Their pricing is very reasonable, and customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be sending them all my business for networking hardware in the future!

Excellent customer support. We have a couple of Ucoustic cabinets that we've always been pleased with the reduction of noise in our office environment. After six years we started hearing a noise from one of the fans in the cabinet that pull air through. The bearings were dirty and worn. Called support and they were able to readily provide a quote for a new fan. They also have information on how to change the fan!!! Excellent company to deal with.
