They could send the item I paid for months ago. They could answer the several emails they have ignored. They could answer the telephone instead of always and perpetually sending to voicemail. They could change their website to show that they don’t have a showroom at all. They could change their address to one where you could find a person instead of just a postal address. This company will take your money and you will never receive your order or hear from them again.

Worst site, do not order anything from this site.
I order Lauran Ashely chandelier worth £650.00 on 10th March 2023.
It was big for my living room so I requested return, same day they send me the return RMA number.
However, I return the Chandelier on 20 march 2023 same day delivery, I have proof that the light has been delivered and collect by the company.

I am chasing for the refund every single day but no one responded back yet.

Don’t fall for this site, its fraud.

No one should use this company. Faulty lights sent to us. First they said Laura Ashley will give 20% off. We didn’t accept and wanted a replacement. They said Laura Ashley said all lights were same. But they were still selling same faulty lights on their website. We paid £80 for fittings fir each lights. They would not reimburse and above all said take them off and send them to them on our cost. PayPal were useless too as we paid through them. They actually made it worse as radiant roost did not respond as soon as PayPal intervened. PayPal are the same as radiant roost just don’t use them. Now we have taken the lights off paid extra for new sane lights from someone else not at all faulty. Paid extra money. We still have faulty lights and a loss of over £700 pounds.
You will be wasting money if use this company and don’t expect PayPal to help too.
What big liars they are. 😡

Received my new lampshade and I'm delighted with it. Very helpful team. Good experience. I'll definitely be using Radiant Roost again.

Received my Light Fitting, well packaged from Radian Roost 10days after ordering, was kept well informed throughout the purchase, and replied to my Emails promptly
I can recommend, for good service and value

Placed order, waited over a week, no light. Then had an email to say it had been damaged in transit and they had no more in the warehouse to replace it as it was a ‘special offer’
Complete lie, light still in stock, they just didn’t want to honour the 30% discount code on their website for what was an expensive light.
Avoid!!

Same as previous review.. Ordered a lamp one week ago. No confirmation of order, and communication poor with the company as phones aren’t taking calls. So I’ve paid for a lamp which so far I have no idea if it’s going to come but they’ve taken my money and I can’t get hold of anyone for a refund!
