A Good Company to Deal With

0845 Customer service number
I figured that I would order my radiators from Radiator outlet instead of the big boys such as Victorian plumbing, just to keep competition alive. I paid extra to get my order delivered next day and some of it was missing. Now, here’s the problem. Their customer service number is a chargeable number. So when I called, multiple times, because my 1st call and message had no response. I was charged approximately £6, just to fix their / their couriers problem. Crazy practice, I will not be ordering from them again

Rusting and leaking radiator after 3…
Rusting and leaking radiator after 3 months. I had the radiator fitted in October 2025, and noticed the issue in January 2026. After promises of a replacement radiator for 5 months I have still not been sent a radiator replacement.
They initially were responding to emails but no longer are. I have phoned multiple times and are promised its being sorted. Including being given a timeline of a few weeks for delivery on multiple occasions.
I am also concerned of the quality of the radiators, considering that this one has rusted this bad after a few months.
**Update - they have since refunded and also sent a replacement radiator. Hence changing to 3 stars**
