I am losing my mind with Radioflo. No one picks up calls. We cancelled two shows due to links not working. Our listeners could not tune in. They claimed to have fixed the problem but nothing changes. Absolutely rubbish service. I advise not to fall for this.
Cheap equals cheap service I guess.

I am a relatively new user and have found RadioFLO very good to deal with. The site is simple to use and I have encountered no problems with my stream in the time I have used them.

I had quite a few support queries during my set-up (due to my own lack of knowledge) and the tickets were answered almost immediately, and often out of normal office hours. The level of support is excellent.

The price is very reasonable for a service which is more than adequate for my start-up station.

i tried many streamers but yours was easy to use i will recommend you to new customers in Africa

i never have seen the wonderful customer service like this.
really i am so happy with them.
now 10pm but they help me to start the sever and auto DJ.

I was using a shoutcast service for many years with another provider and it was fine, did everything I wanted. Then I decided to stop running my station. After about a 6 month break I wanted to start again, so I looked around and saw Radioflo.

Because the price was only 1/5th of the price I was paying, I didn't expect much from the service. I thought I might as well try it for a month, fully expecting to go back to my old provider.

Now here I am, 4 months in and I've just paid for a year in advance as the service is so good! I can highly recommend this service, I have not benefitted from saying these things, I'm just a bloke running a small online radio station!

No reports of drops or skips from listeners, stats easily available, FTP for auto DJ worked great and the couple of times I needed support the ticket s were answered almost immediately and that wasn't in normal office hours either.

Overall great service and I'm glad I signed up!
