Fabulous service, quick delivery

Excellent service.

Purchased an aircon due to the hot weather we are experiencing. Compressor keeps overheating and cutting out. Might last a few hours, or sometimes only 30 mins before stopping. Then wait for a long period for it to cool down before being able to turn on again.

Went back to showroom to ask about replacement, to find that it was the very last in stock and would have to change to a different model.

Have not been able to change as store closed when I finish work.

Renting an appliance that we can't use is not ideal.

Radio Rentals at Westfield Marion are very professional. The workers are very thorough and answer all questions you have. They explain everything about your rental contract and are please to assist in making sure your purchase the right product.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and everything went smoothly. Only criticism I have was that there was a lack of staff. Only two? Really!!!???

Felt the sales person Amanda at Gepps Cross was a little rude to us, felt like she was rather disinterested. We had chosen our fridge and paid for it within 10min of her coming up to us.
Overall an adequate service but felt bad that we did not return to the other store that had given us a lot more time and support in our selection.

Have found to be very helpful and pricing is very competitive.

Was advised that if I find my purchase cheaper any where else within 30 days they price match, 3 day's later I seen the same item and the difference was $200 but now because I got it on interest free they won't. Failed to tell me that! Typical.

I've been a loyal RR customer for a very long time.
Since using the Mt Barker store, I've known Craig to be very friendly, well informed, willing to source ideas and helpful with correct information without needing any salesman's pitch, rudely spun jargon or the all too common con like approach. I've found Jackson owns and uses the same honest and kindly listening approach when I was needing a washing machine. The staff do their best to be quick with any issues I have. Often it's out of their hands.
BTW There was something about the very cheerful effort of a salesperson with purple hair tints wearing Santa's hat trying to bring some real cheer to the store's recent silly season atmosphere that needs acknowledging.
I'll remain loyal to the Mt Barker RR people I deal with because of their refreshing way of humanising every visit with their genuine use of honesty, integrity and their personalised listening to understand attitudes, which in general, a lot of retail stores attitudes lack these days.

Excellent service for delivery to Whyalla. Delivery man rang before arriving.Lovely bedside cupboard and very well packed. Delivery men very friendly.
