The airpods/earbuds just suck in general. Anytime they power on the same time they never connect and when they do connect together, it works only for a day. This is jsust shit

Ordered some parts on a Monday and received them the next day by mail. Outstanding service. Maybe they know the secret on putting a rocket up Aust. Post. Great work team.

Not sure why this company has such bad reviews, i think its a decent enough company... With a good selection of products that u cant find on amazon for example

I would leave a O star if I could.I bought a security camera from them got home & couldn’t get it to connect so I went back the next day to return it or get other one the person behind the counter said I don’t know what I was doing and he could do it for a $100.00. I said we will, see bet you can’t, 45 min later he couldn’t do anything with it, this is where it gets good, to return it for a refund there’s a 15% restocking fee, but the camera is defective & less than 24 hours old. So I said I’ll trade you for the other one on the shelve, got it home only to find it is used, lenses was sketched & everything inside was open. I Return to the store the next day but before I did I went to the police station first to let them know what had happened. The guy behind the counter had a very bad attitude and we were a bit uncomfortable going back. Then I went to the store, the guy that sold it to me said the damage was a manufactured defect so I said I want my money back, ok he said 15% restocking fee! I said again I want my money back, he got mad & told me to get out of his business. I want my money back, he left the building and called the police to have me & my wife arrested. The police did come, they were very helpful. The long & short of my experience is I still lost my 15% on two defective products & I’ll never go to any radio shack again . Shame on them for the way they treat customers . So if you had good experience feel lucky.
Ps that was 15% on two camera & the scanner radio I didn’t mention does not work.

Purchase a cable to convert AVI to HDMI. The cable did nothing. Returned the $30 cable. I expected a refund to my credit card. NOPE. I now have a credit of $20 with Radio Shack, not from then but with them. I should have looked further instead of thinking this was a good company. No wonder their stores are all closed!!! Don't buy their crap.

This is the worst company to shop with. I purchased an LED lamp and paid over $100 for it. The lamp never worked. They would not refund or exchange, I was so frustrated with them. I am now trying other Avenues for a favorable outcome.

Beware! This is not the RadioShack from the past. You will have to fight to get the posted discounts. Item broke before I could use it. No refunds.Received a gift card to buy more of their junk. Very slow delivery with no updates or communication.

I ordered a sweatshirt that I was informed had shipped but I wasn’t getting any updates on it. After a week I called them but could never get anyone to talk with. I tried e-mailing them and then eventually I got a response that said my order has already shipped. I gave it another week and still no update and no sweatshirt. I called again and finally was able to speak with a representative who said he’d get back to me in 24 business hours. Three days later he called and left a voicemail that it had really shipped this time. It took me THREE WEEKS to receive a sweatshirt!! I had read horror stories about them before and didn’t want to believe it but now I do. And if you’re wise, I’d advise you to avoid them at all costs! Then again, maybe if they start reading and listening to complaints and resolving them they could be a quality company again. Right now, I’m not ordering ANYTHING from them! I’m done.

Well they got me pretty good they advertised a free T-shirt with the purchase of anything so I ordered a $30 Bluetooth speaker I received a package with the T-shirt only so when I call to talk to them about the missing speaker they tell me that it was in the same package as the t-shirt which it was not then they tell me it was shipped separately but under the same tracking number as what I had already received there was no speaker in my mailbox which they claim is what it was put in so that tells me that it's smaller than it was advertised, cuz it wasn't supposed to fit in the mailbox. I'm expecting a speaker in a box I never received the speaker but I was charged $30 for it and got a free t-shirt so that's one hell of an expensive t-shirt it (it sucks) thank you Radio

I will never buy anything from Radio Shack again. They actually forced me to leave the store because I refused to wear a mask. The order by the local government to wear masks has been rescinded. And there is absolutely no evidence that a mask protects anyone from a virus. You think you can save the world making people wear masks? And by the way; there were no other customers in their store. The management is so stupid they are running the customers out of their store. God help all of us in this country!!!!

I ordered a Micro Cassette player from radioshack.com. The player was $19.99 plus $2.99 shipping and $1.38 PA State Tax. I called within 5 minutes to cancel the order because what they advertised as a micro cassette player on the acknowledgement was a plain cassette player. Really much different and will not play microcassettes. When I called they said the order was already "in process". "When you receive the product you will get a full refund".
I received the product and when had them print the return shipping label the cost of the USPS label was over $15.00 and my refund on a almost $25.00 was a little over $5.00. What a rip off.

I love radio shack. I'm glad they're still around in some parts of certain states. I love their items. Not had an issue with any if my stuff I get & its very reasonable too. Great toys for children as well. Definitely buy my gifts from them for my family & friends.

RadioShack is the best they have good products and they work all the time they check them out before they send us and I like to listen to their stuff and they have good equipment

Order fuseson line. Received wong parts. Sam day I received trie to return. All radio shack has done is play games on returning. Very dishonest and corrupt. Do not buy from this company

I bought a lap desk and it was absolute junk. I called immediately and asked to start a returns process. They state there are no returns. Nowhere on the product info did it state that. They gave me store credit that will never use on their misleading items. A month later, I received an email from them stating that they noticed I was sent the wrong desk and they would be sending me the correct item at no charge and that there was no need to return my other item. The desk never came, so I emailed and got an absolute runaround from multiple people not giving me am answer. I called customer service and they said to send screenshots of this "so called email". I did. Instead of calling me back, I get another email stating that they only sent that email to people who hadn't received a desk. Complete lie. I have the email stating the exact opposite. I'm convinced this company is a scam. Don't buy!!!

We ordered a TV antenna. They indicated that it was in stock. But it wasn’t. They created a Bogus shipping label. Clearly it was a fake tracking number because DHL’s tracking site didn’t recognize it.

Radio Shack.com claims to have “No Hassle” returns. When we made the attempt to stop the order, I read that there are exchanges only, NO refunds.

I don’t think that this the same Radio Shack that some of us grew up with.

Radio Shack is a scam. They sell cheap junk that does not work. When you try to return it they demand that you produce a video "evidencing" that the item does not work. Then they try to get you to pay the return shipping to send back the junk they sold. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RADIO SHACK unless you are a masochist who likes being absolutely frustrated and cheated. I purchased their earbuds. They would not pair with my phone. They put me through a feedback loop of calls and e-mails always with a new service rep. I swear they must hi-five each other to see how many times someone will attempt a full refund prior to just giving up.

I purchased two transistor radios (one analog and one digital) based upon my experience of growing up during the 1970s with Tandy/Radio Shack products. Note for anyone thinking of purchasing these radios -- they are cheap junk. They sound tinny and are full of static.
The reason I am writing this however, is to alert people to the fraud being practiced on their website.
1. When you click on an item to obtain more details, the statement "Hurry up, only X number of items left in stock." If you place your mouse over the picture of the product a few times, the number of items in stock will decrease. If you leave the site, and then return, the number increases and then decreases again.
2. If you write a review and it is less than 4 or 5 stars, it will never appear. I guess they allow 4 star reviews so it looks like they are honest?
Radio Shack is now owned by some conglomerate which now also owns a number of other defunct or nearly defunct companies, so if they have your email address, expect to receive several messages daily from these organizations, even if you never visited them in the past.
