Radisson Blu Aarhus

Radisson Blu Aarhus, had a terrible experience with staff behaviour. Due to one of their staff behaviour we lost our holiday mood and had to leave Aarhus the next day, staff spoke as if we did mistake in booking rather than solving our concerns. Never recommend this place for family. I made the booking through booking.com and the staff mentioned that the requirements are prioritised only if you book through Radisson Blu app. My concerns were ignored and staff did not show any empathy. Never expected such a reaction from Radisson Blu staff.

Bad service and bad cleaning

The hotel looks like something from the 70s the toilet door was dirty so disgusting when I mentioned it and said I had a vide of it she wouldn't even look at it so also vad service never staying there again

Great Service!

Called a receptionist (Laura) yesterday at Radisson Blu Scandinavia - Aarhus/Denmark. Unfortunately i haven’t stayed at the Hotel yet.. but you really can’t put a bad finger on the staff! 👌 Top quality service all the way! 🙌 From phone calls to online service chats!

They are really service minded.. and takes time to hear about your questions and issues! Great people. 👍
