I ordered a bag and found out the following day that the price has been reduced,. I am happy to keep the bag but obviously at the new price. When speaking to someone I was told that Radley would compensate me with the difference in price. It was mentioned at the time, that I could choose another if I would like to. terrible customer service and shipping practices, but the bag is great.
I love the bag. Well made. The first bag I ordered came and whoever zipped it up, zipped up the zipper with the interior stuffing so you couldn’t open it. I then return the bag and bought another one. It said the order had been canceled so then I placed another order for the same back And then received two bags and was charged for two bags so I bought three bags total and returned to I am being charged again instead of refunded for one of the two return bags. I have confirmation of receipt by their warehouse facility. I received a refund from the first defective bag and just want the second bag that they sent me that I thought it was a canceled order to be refunded also instead of taking additional money out of my account.
