Will cost you to buy here

You can call customer service give them all the information you have, seems they say ok and pick whatever is easiest to bill you for. When it shows up as a wrong part ex[ect to be charged 15 to 40% restocking charge. Radwell takes no pride insuring you get the right part. I am sure they make more money in their restocking charges,

I placed an order with Radwell…

I placed an order with Radwell International Inc. on February 13, 2026 for two thermostats priced at $164 each.

After I completed checkout, an additional warranty was added, bringing the total for the items to $328. I needed the parts urgently and was told they could arrive within 24 hours. I agreed to a $50 expedited shipping fee, which I understood. However, I was then charged an additional $50 for “shipping and handling” on top of that.

With taxes included, the total became significantly higher than expected.

It has now been 7–8 days, and the order is still nowhere in sight. I have contacted the company multiple times, but representatives have been unhelpful and have even hung up during calls.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The unexpected added charges and lack of customer service have been extremely disappointing.

This place is terrible/ DO NOT USE

This place is terrible. I ordered parts a few weeks ago, and they never arrived. I had to get ahold of them, just for them to tell me they no longer make the part and they canceled my order without telling me. The worst part is, they didn't stop making the part, Radwell just stopped supplying it. They have clueless/ stoned employees working the phones. This company is the biggest joke in the industry.

Radwell advertises parts they no longer…

Radwell advertises parts they no longer have or can't provide. I was waiting on parts for over 3 months only to find out they had canceled my order without notice. If I had known I would have kept looking. Now I have to start over looking for parts I needed 4 months ago.

Sold faulty part, no refund 2 months later.

Sold me a part advertised as "refurbished" ... had to pay by Proforma invoice even though I had dealt with them in the past.
Sneaky of them, as the board arrived and was missing components, not even functional.
They were quick to organise the courier to collect the faulty part, and said they had to inspect it before issuing refund.
It was collected by them on 10/11/25 . RMA 19312878. Now my emails requesting an update on refund are being ignored. I have 2 of their email addresses copied on my follow up requests, so they are just plain ignoring me.
Needless to say they are on our company blacklist now...

Sold something they did not even…

Sold something they did not even possess waited a week to send me an email telling me that they didn't have the part all the while the furnace that I ordered the part for was inoperable in the middle of winter no heat I feel foolish that I did not read the reviews before I purchased from this terrible company. If you're reading this review you've already figured out this is a terrible terrible company to deal with.

Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Cost Our Business €20,000 - Avoid for Critical Orders

I am writing this review as a severe warning to other businesses, especially those with critical deadlines, to think twice before relying on Radwell International.

Our company placed Order #18397790 (R-1544) for a component that was crucial for a larger €20,000 shipment to our client. From the beginning, Radwell's service was nonexistent unless we initiated contact. They were consistently silent and provided updates only when chased aggressively.

The timeline of broken promises speaks for itself:

On August 8th, a representative named William Madeley promised a shipment date of August 22nd.

When that date passed with no update, we followed up. On September 1st, Mr. Madeley then promised a new date of September 9th.

That date also passed without a shipment or a tracking number. On September 10th, the only update was that they "still had not received the units" from their supplier.

To add insult to injury, after a two-week silence following my last warning, I have just received another email from Radwell. They have now offered a new, astonishingly late shipment date of November 5th, 2025. This is for an order that was originally made in May, promised for August. This confirms the cycle of empty apologies and impossible deadlines, proving they have no control over their supply chain or respect for their customers' time.

This catastrophic delay and complete lack of proactive communication caused our client to cancel the entire order. As a direct result, we are now left with €20,000 worth of other components that we cannot ship, causing significant financial damage to our company.

Despite William Madeley's titles of "Customer Satisfaction Coordinator" and empty promises like "I will not rest until I have a clear update," the reality is a cycle of apologies and false information. Radwell International demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' businesses. Their service is a liability.

I cannot in good conscience recommend them to any serious enterprise.

buy from someone else

This site is very misleading. Absolutely nightmare experience buying very common parts. Was shipped knockoffs at a premium price. They will not except the return. Currently, blacklisted by the organization I work for because of my recommendation and you should blacklist them too.

I contacted radwell for repairs of item
They quoted a estimate for cost i say no
Then they say we can sell to you a similar item for same cost as the repair of my Electronics
I say yes I would interested
Month went by no response no item to purchase not satisfied with customer service
