I really disappointed with them because I didn’t receive my order which I ordered last month.i tried to reach to this company organisation but no response then called fedex which is the company through they post my order to deliver when I talked to them they said your order being smashed that’s why you didn’t get your order so they also tried to reach this company owner but they also couldn’t reach..now plz tell me where is my fault,I just placed a order and wasted my money..not even they picking up ph or response to email .they should have to return my money or they should have to resend my order through someone good courier service…but anyway am not happy at all I do not want to give them a single star but it wasn’t possible so I had to give them one star ..

It took them forever to put together an order. It was fedexed, so, FedEx works really fast, 2-3 days. But it took them more than 2 weeks to put the order together. I wonder if they planted sugar cane when the received the order. Not acceptable.

It's almost 1 month , no delivery. The courier they use FEDEX is the worst. Especially for overseas , don't order anything because FEDEX will charge you import TAX duties , more than the price of your product. I have asked for delivery at my work address but they are sending it to my billing address. FEDEX is the worst courier ever, keepnon saying that delivery attempted twice but no one came to deliver. AVOID this RAFFELDEALS !!!

Horrible experience with Raffeldeal. website said delivery in 5-7 days but took three weeks instead (after filing fraud claim with credit company). They never responded to my multiple inquiries. Stay away from Raffeldeal
