Reliable company
I was surprised to see Rainbow Mealworms had no reviews here, so I thought I would take the time to endorse this company. This company was recommended to me by my friend who is an avid gecko caretaker. This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and offer a large variety of feeders and accessories.
At first, I was unsure about buying live feeders online. I will say that they are absolutely a real company and I have successfully picked up every order. They back themselves by refunding the customer if the shipment doesn't workout as long as you choose to pick up at a carrier facility. This happened to me before and I provided photos and received a refund as well as a rush replacement!
This company has extremely transparent contact methods. I communicated with customer service over text message! I can't name other companies that offer that kind of customer support. They really made sure everything went right with my order.
My recent order was fruit flies and meal worms, everything arrived healthy! Even living in a city, my options for healthy feeders are low. Finding XS mealworms or fruit flies that are ALIVE at pet stores is very difficult. The shipping price may turn away some customers, but I am telling you it is worth it, especially being able to buy healthy feeders in bulk.
Very happy with this company and they will get my return business.
