Rainbow Riches Casino Reviews 

I staked £10 on Rainbow Riches, won £15.01, and withdrew it on 27/07/2025. Immediately after, my account was shut down and Rainbow Riches (Gamesys) began demanding excessive verification, despite already having provided everything required under UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) rules.

I submitted:
My passport and a selfie holding it
A utility bill and bank statement showing payments to them
Confirmation of my address via the electoral register

In other words, I fully verified my identity, address, and source of funds using multiple independent sources. There was no sign of fraud or chargeback risk. Nevertheless, they blocked the withdrawal and demanded a photo of my bank card and a selfie taken outside my home. These requests were made after I withdrew and serve no purpose except to delay payment — a tactic specifically prohibited by the UKGC. I’ve also explained multiple times that my house has no number or name on it, making their outdoor photo demand both impossible and, frankly, discriminatory (e.g., toward disabled, rural, or vulnerable customers).

Worse, their live chat refused to even register my complaint, saying I must be verified first. This is completely against UKGC rules, which state that customers must be able to raise complaints regardless of verification status.

I’ve now emailed multiple times with no resolution. This is a blatant attempt to block a small payout (£15.01) through unnecessary ‘friction’ and is in clear breach of UKGC licence conditions. I have already escalated to eCOGRA and will be writing to the Gambling Commission. Avoid this operator.

This appears to be a standard policy across all Gamesys sites, as I registered on their sister site, Bally Casino, the same day and attempted to withdraw £11.05 — only to face exactly the same outcome.

Won a substantial amount from RR only to have my account closed, wagers and winnings withheld.
Got in contact to be told my account was fraudulent (how?) They stated they have other casino companies and I have an account with one of these.
Therefore, by their reason I'm in breach of t&cs for multiple accounts.

Biggest load of bs I've ever heard. Reported them to gambling commission.

I have been receiving several emails and texts to play Rainbow Riches to the the extent that it’s becoming Harassment and on their text it gives you a number to text back and put stop but every time I have done this I get a cannot delivery message therefore you cannot get in contact with them to stop this Harassment and I am getting sick and tired of receiving these messages from them and feel that this is the only way to let them know how I feel and hope trust pilot give this message to them

Absolutely nuts to play with rainbow riches casino it was my big mistake. I spent around 2 to £300 for one week not even one chance to win absolutely shit.

I can only praise this company. I have played their Slingo games and won on them. The win money has been deposited in my bank account after a couple of days. I can only speak as I find and have found no problem with them. Long may it continue.

The Site is obviously taking our money. I have a few gambling apps and seem to win and lose on them all but this site is to the extreme of just taking money had to close the account because they kept emailing me loads of rubbish. Rather drink a pint of bleach than go back on this site.

Absolutely terrible! They took the money off my card happily, but when I tried to withdraw it they closed my account. When I questioned them they said they need a photo of me, holding my driving licence, a photo of my with my house number and street sign. Bank statements showing my deposit to them and a photo of my debit card showing my name and card number. WHAT THE ACTUAL F@&k!!!!!!
They take your money and won’t release winnings!! Steer clear

Would give zero. I won £10. Withdrew it. Never went into my account so tried to log onto my account. It says its closed. It wasn't a wagering thing or free spins. Surely this is theft?

If it was possible to give ZERO I would. Took deposit with no checks whatsoever but then when I tried to withdraw ( and it was only £12) they closed my account and said they wouldn’t pay out until I sent them a whole load of ID stuff. After a great number of emails, with the usual patronising platitudes , they also refused to send a deadlock email which prevents me from escalating complaint to outside source. Extremely UNTRUSTWORTHY I advise caution before giving them any money at all as even if you win you won’t get paid.
