Well, what an absolute Scam. Loopholes galore, this website will find anyway they can to not payout any winnings. I used my partners bank card as we was both playing on the account made in my name. But as they didn’t match they voided any winnings although taking my money was absolutely fine all day long no problem to rinse you but they will not payout when you get a little in return. Awful company. I won two promotions and never received the winnings, told me it was a glitch their side which they were going to resolve, but after two weeks and me messaging every day they said my prizes had expired and there was nothing I could do. My partner won £1000 of £100 on this site and has been sending all the required documents for 5 days. They say a manager can not call back until 5 working days. She keeps getting the same robot response as it’s all through a live chat. They say they are dealing with 1000 of costumers and she is put again to the back of the que. they do not want to help and I do worry if they will ever pay. If they pay I will change this review to 5 stars as all my partner wants is her winnings but has anyone else here had this issue and she is just looking for help to get her money.
