I have a strong feeling that this site is a fix. I've played on many other sites with the same games, however this one on all games never gives out big wins or bonus rounds etc. Takes all of your money and ruins the experience. After checking the other reviews it seems that many other people feel the same. I am going to take this further if anyone wants to join me. I understand that you win and lose, but this particular site doesn't seem right at all. After stupidly losing hundreds thinking it will get better, I'm really upset and angry that people can be conned. The rainbow riches games on other sites are usually good, are they even anything to do with them? Not happy at all.

They tried a deposit theft, definitely a rogue operator.

Deposited £10, was about to pay but had a change of mind and withdrew money - this was instantly canceled and account closed.
Thought ok, maybe they want ID (even though they could verify me instantly to take the money)
Contacted support who said yes we've decided to close your account.
We need to see you stood outside your house with your house number and front door showing (well my door isn't on front, and not all houses have house numbers)
You need to hold a piece of paper with date showing as well holding your driving license and be able to clearly see the details.
You need to do exactly the same but hold your bank card with details clearly visible but hide certain parts of number.
This is almost impossible to do, and living in UK weather normally isn't great to do so either.
You also need to have document with name and address on.
All this or they say will keep the money (which gambling commission state not allowed to do. Gambling commission also say should not ask for verification at point of withdrawal if it could of been asked for before. Which it quite clearly could)

Went though all this rigmoral for 3 days backwards and forwards before finally getting my £10 released, just glad it was only a tenner id deposited.

Got told my account would remain closed and to never darken their doorstep again by registering on any other sites.

For this I'm grateful for as, i really never want to deal with this tinpot dodgy company again.

I've played quite a few different casino sites and there is definitely something suspicious about this one.

I played Goonies Return Jackpot King on different casino sites and when you get a feature you always win something, small or big but always something. Twice I've hit a feature on this site and received absolutely zero. That's definitely suspicious because the game has an RTP of 96% and two of the bonus features, W-Invention and The Organ are considered medium to high features. For both not to pay anything is odd.
