I recently used Rainclear Systems and had a very positive experience overall. The service was excellent, with clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Beth, in particular, stood out—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always kept me updated, which made everything much smoother and stress-free.

There was a small hiccup along the way, but it was handled quickly and efficiently, with no hassle at all. It’s reassuring to see a company that takes issues seriously and resolves them without delay.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Rainclear Systems. Great customer support and a professional approach from start to finish.

Rainclear Systems contacted me following my experience with a guttering system purchased from them, they were genuinely concerned and we discussed the issue, we pinpointed the problem and they assured me they would look at this area of the design and improve it. In the meantime the issue was easily fixed by my installer. Very impressive customer services, it looks a million dollars and I would buy from them again.

Communication with staff members was friendly and timely. I ordered 125mm diameter cast iron gutter brackets but received 150mm diameter brackets. When queried it became apparent that there was some ambiguity in understanding between myself and the supplier on sizing and the manner in which the brackets were being advertised. The matter was resolved in a professional manner. Thank you. 4 stars because of the problem experienced. Staff worthy of 5 stars.

We purchased a Guppa conopy and from the literature we were led to believe that there would be internal drainage in the side leg and the electrics on this model were in a terrible position. If there was a fault the whole canopy would need to be removed from the wall to replace the unit. I reported my issues to George the rep and he said it would cost £150 to return it. George also said that he would e mail me an alternative price but we have had to make modifications to the unit to rectify these major design faults

I called before I ordered and spoke with a friendly knowledgable customer service person. I ordered a cast iron 90 degree gutter angle. Received it yesterday, very well packed. Thank you.

One of the worst customer experiences we have ever had.
Order 00025166 (placed 30 November) was mishandled from start to finish: three failed delivery promises, incomplete shipments on 2 and 3 December, and then false "guaranteed" delivery dates on 5 and 6 December - none of which happened. Not a single proactive update, no explanation, no accountability.
Because of RainClear's misinformation, we wasted paid labour and a booked plumber on multiple days, resulting in hundreds of pounds in losses and serious project delays.
This level of unreliability and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We will not be using this company again and strongly advise others to avoid relying on their "next day delivery" claims.

Item has not arrived. No reply email address makes it difficult to chase. Dx delivery service is also difficult to get any follow up with. Do not great so far.

Great company who we have used for years. Efficient and slick operators.

Wanted quite a few rolls of Gutterflo but of the two stockists quoted on the company’s website one had no stock for delivery and the other didn’t sell it. An email to the company asking where to buy was met with no reply. Found the rolls on Rainclear’s website but was slightly put off by the delivery fee of £17.50 + VAT, which I thought was a little excessive bearing in mind we were spending £122. I managed to get this down to under £10 with a discount code, which was more affordable. Once ordered the rolls were with us within 2 days, so couldn’t fault their service. As for the rolls themselves. We didn’t find them easy to fit, spending 4 hours and only managing one side of our bungalow. We struggled with the room under our tiles and the roof liner to get it to lie correctly. The clips were hard to attach as we have just had deep flow gutters put on. They have a tiny lip on the outside edge that the clips just wouldn’t go over with ease. No sure I would recommend them. Not looking forward to completing the job.

Thank-you to George on the front desk at the Swindon site. A really cheerful, friendly, knowledgable and helpful face, when I turned-up not really knowing what I needed. We found the right parts very promptly and I was away.

We bought aluminum cappings for the roof of our extension with Rainclear Systems. I placed the order online and emailed to confirm everything (just to be extra careful). The team were great at replying to me, the order came on time and the product was perfect. I'd have no problem recommending them.

Good product, with speedy delivery, very pleased with this purchase.

Delivery was so swift and the guttering came very well packaged.
All the staff are beyond helpful, with a special thank you to Hannah who helped me with purchasing additional items to complete the full guttering replacement around my barn conversion and the recent extension.
The price quoted was very competitive too.
So if you are looking for guttering - I cannot recommend Rainclear highly enough.

Purchased a few lots of the galvanised rain guttering now and it is amazing stuff. Far better than your run of the mill plastic guttering by far. It’s so sturdy once installed and looks fantastic. It will certainly outlast me for sure. It’s easy to use and easy to fit too. Takes a bit of preparation when cutting, but spend the time doing it properly and it becomes second nature. You will not be disappointed with buying this guttering system. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If I had any downside, I think the postage costs are extortionate when ordering such a small quantity of items when I needed some extra gutter fittings and 90 degree bends. It is what it is though. But can’t complain for next day delivery so it’s a bit of a trade off.

Cast iron pipes were delivered with one cracked.
Replacement was sent to a mash up of invoice address and site address. Replacement pipe was the wrong size.
second replacement pipe sent arrived at the correct address with collar broken off.
Third replacement pipe sent correct size and finally in good condition with extra packaging supplied.
I have used Rainclear many times usually with a superb outcome and would have rated with 5 stars Price v Quality is good. Delivery time is good.
Recently I have had cracked and broken components on my last two orders.

1. Packaging provides insufficient protection if handled roughly.
2. Couriers need to pay attention to the Fragile label markings.

Please get this sorted.

I’ve used Rainclear Heritage Aluminium guttering on a couple of projects now and have been very impressed with the product, and when I needed to order some additional parts recently I was very pleased to find that the customer service was also excellent. Very happy to recommend an excellent British company.

The visual impact and longevity of any material other than plastic has to be considered when replacing guttering and downpipes. The assistance and adv9ce Rainclear offered was superb.
