Deposit and withdrawal no problems. Website a little bit flaky. They dont deal with local GBP currency so you end up paying exchange rate fees. For small accounts this is a problem. They also have limit on withdrawal up to 2000 euro per transaction bank transfer.

Probably the worst provider there is on the market.I deposit 1k , after I have earned $382 by using and EA trading bot they blocked me citing that i need to do a video call to KYC again ( even if on the app i have done KYC all ok ) . Waited 1 week just untill I was able to do the video call and after 3 weeks they say the problem is I've abused the market (even if they allow EA on their website) and they will refund my deposit only ( losing all winning money ).But of course they haven't even processed the funds yet.It's been a nightmare . Avoid this company at all cost,their Compliance team is doing everything possible to keep your money frozen.

I am writing this to warn fellow traders about the predatory practices I experienced with RaiseFX. My experience indicates a systematic effort to force account liquidations through leverage manipulation and high-pressure sales tactics.
Automated Trading using these Brokers:
Emzy’s bot, Noah’s bot Capital Nomad, Emil’s life, is the same person running a multi profiles on Telegram and partnered with Fxcess and RaiseFX broker to manipulate and deliberately wipe out customer’s trading accounts.
His signals and 9% of net profits are just the bait to get you onto his specific broker, where your account is eventually engineered to be wiped out.
Proofs of his whereabouts and insights are shared with the authorities.
Key Red Flags & Issues Encountered:
* Stealth Leverage Reduction:
Without any prior notice or email communication, RaiseFX slashed the leverage on my open positions. This instantly inflated my margin requirements, triggering a "Stop Out" that wiped out my entire equity.
Deceptive Dashboard Reporting:
Even after they manually reduced my actual trading power, my account dashboard continued to falsely display 1:1000 leverage, making it impossible to manage risk accurately.
This is designed to encourage larger lot sizes, making it easier for them to "blow" your account when they trigger a leverage change.
Withdrawal Obstruction:
Every attempt to withdraw remaining profits or principal was met with rejection based on inconsistent and illogical "compliance" reasons.
Formal Action Taken:
Because of these irregularities, I have officially reported RaiseFX to:
* Action Fraud UK
* The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
* Trading Standards Fraud Investigation Unit UK
If you value your capital, stay away from RaiseFX. They do not operate as a neutral broker; they appear to actively trade against their clients by manipulating account parameters mid-trade.

Regarding wWithdrawal, all requests are processed in line with AML/KYC regulations and may only be delayed when mandatory compliance checks are incomplete.

Beware of this broker cheater
I've been a client with them since March 2025 and haven't had any problems. But yesterday, I withdrew $44 and only received $34. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was due to network overload (erc20). They charged a $10 withdrawal fee for $44. I told them I was withdrawing to trc20 and sent them all the necessary documents. Today, I withdrew $178 as usual to trc20 and received $175, which makes sense. When I withdrew $44, I received $34, and when I withdrew $178, I received $175. They still haven't explained this to me. I'm now sharing my experience and warning everyone about this broker.

Regarding your withdrawal of $44, the difference you noticed was related to currency conversion applied during the transaction. These conversion fees are external and can vary depending on market rates at the time of processing.
That said, after reviewing your case, we can confirm that the difference has been refunded and your account has been recredited accordingly.
As you correctly noted with your later withdrawal, transactions made via the TRC20 (TRON) network generally incur lower and more stable conversion fees. For this reason, we continue to recommend TRC20 whenever possible to avoid similar situations.

I opened two opposite positions (Buy and Sell) to validate my account. I closed them at the same time to neutralize the risk, and my balance was 299€. I then went on vacation. When I came back, my balance was 60€. I lost 240€ for no reason. They changed the close event datetime and made me losing in both buy and sell of the same asset! imagine!!
I contacted support and they said that according to their logs, I did not close the positions. This is a lie.
Their support is useless and their only goal is to close the ticket. They are scammers and they stole my money.
