RaiseHero were great to work with. They provide everything a charity needs to run an online raffle as well as providing such an attractive prize. They literally take care of everything and get back to you so quickly if you have a query.

Communication from the beginning was efficient, quick and to the point. Just what we needed when organising a campaign! Even during weekends and bank holidays the team came back with quick replies.

Sebastian sent us useful information packs which contained all the information we needed to run a successful marketing campaign and even sent promotional videos for us to use showcasing the prizes. It has been a pleasure to work with the RaiseHero team, they are always quick to respond, friendly and helpful with my queries regarding the 50/50 raffle.

The raffle prizes were amazing, all we had to do was engage people on social media and encourage them to buy and support us and the support from RaiseHero every step of the way was brilliant. Any charity who has a following would do well with this.

It was a very simple process for us to participate in the raffle, everything was done for us with regard to promotion (advice, social media and other marketing content) and there was clarity and honest reporting from 50/50 Raise Hero throughout. Our supporters may have been a little reticent initially to participate due to the fact that it was new initiative for us but they will hopefully continue to build trust as we continue our participation in future raffles.

I entered a Raisehero raffle, when I won the company was so quick and helpful making sure I spoke with the right people to claim my prize and even checked on me a few days later to see if all has gone through. Really appreciated their time.

We ran a raffle for our health club (Nuffield Health) to raise money for one of our charity partners (Access Sport). RaiseHero covered all the set up and admin, meaning all we had to do was point our members to the raffle online via QR code. It was seamless and extremely low resource for us. Also, no upfront cost and low fees meant there was no risk involved - would 100% recommend as an easy way to raise money for charity

Ran a raffle for my company for international women’s day. It couldn’t have been more straight forward and efficient, thanks to Raisehero. Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and a genuinely nice person. No upfront cost was very useful and was a LOT cheaper than other competitors but the service did not lack in quality. Would 100% recommend and use again!
