Completely underwhelming chicken. Lacked basic seasoning. One word to describe would be bland. Lackluster fries. Something you can get in the frozen section of the market. Poor excuse for "texas toast... See more

A Cash Grab
Honestly, Raising Cane's chicken nuggets are always soggy. To me it's just a cash grab. The workers seem to be trying there best but in reality they aren't really trying hard. If they were, then why is their food poorly made! If you want to try it, you can but I don't recommend it.
Go Somewhere Else
I have been eating chicken for over 67 years and I have had sauces that if put on a brick, I would eat that brick. Number 1: the chicken was overcooked and not special in any way. Number 2: Even if the sauces were great, and I tasted nothing special about them, I would have preferred the brick. Number 3: The staff were not helpful or empathetic to my “first time” customer status. ChicFillet, KFC and Popeyes are superior in every way that matters.
My children’s favorite
Best chicken around here
Best chicken around here. It is generally clean and good service. I like it.
"Raising Cane's: A Symphony of Supreme Excellence"
Today marked an awe-inspiring return to Raising Cane's at 1120 E Flamingo Rd in Las Vegas, NV, and what unfolded transcends mere satisfaction. It's an experience of true excellence. This establishment has undergone a jaw-dropping transformation, and my gratitude extends beyond words.
The entire staff, under the exceptional leadership of manager Jesus, displayed an unprecedented commitment rarely seen in the customer service realm, especially within the fast food industry. Jesus, you've cultivated a team that embodies supreme excellence.
Yet, in this constellation of exceptional individuals, there are two stars that radiated the brightest, Louis and Jasmine.
Their dedication was not just service; it was an art form. They meticulously curated the dining room and the exterior, setting a standard that defies ordinary expectations. Louis and Jasmine, you are not just employees; you are virtuosos in the symphony of customer service.
To anyone in the area, I implore you to visit Raising Cane at 1120 E Flamingo Road in Las Vegas. While the entire team deserves commendation, while there shine a special spotlight on Louis and Jasmine, the maestros of exceptional service. Because of them, the Restaurant Manager Jesus and the entire team, your visit will be more than a meal; it will be a masterclass in customer satisfaction.
This isn't a review; it's an anthem of excellence, Louis and Jasmine, you're not just praised, you're celebrated. Your names should echo in the minds of those seeking an extraordinary dining experience.. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! 🌟🌟
Amazing!
Don’t understand the 3 star reviews this place is outstanding! Made to order best chicken out there
This place is the ABSOLUTE worst place…
This place is the ABSOLUTE worst place to go in terms of sustainability.
Stryfoam boxes, plastic bags, plastic silverware.. zero regard for the environment whatsoever. Very very disappointed.
We're a family of 9
We're a family of 9, 7 children, 8-19 and ourselves, note to Cane's Corporate, that's not an unusual size here in Cache Valley.
So not sure if this is one review or 9 reviews.
We live in Logan Ut and our local unit has been open for couple of months.
Okay, the positive first.
Our 9 year old said he loved it! Little dude eats everything!! But he counts also!!
No issues in his world.
The rest of the family came up with the UNANIMOUS, review that Raising Canes is not worth the money unless your looking for generic, tasteless, fries, toast, and Costco quality chicken fingers.
Zaxby's is by far the best restaurant in this category.
Now Logan is a college town and epicurean tastes include highlights of endless Top Ramen Flavors so this Canes will make bank here.
Our consensus as a family was that it absolutely completely BLAND!!!.
No real flavors, EVERYTHING was like it came out of a FROZEN CARDBOARD BOX just no signature tastes like Zaxby's or even our town's local haunt, Angie's.
WE always stop at Zack's when we go to Ogden, Ut to see grandma!
And we're sorry, but we all agree this place
,while not offensive, was just a waste of money, (in our large family's case $100+)
Good luck to you consumer.

i eat here at least once a month and it is always top notch
Why are you all allowing your…
Why are you all allowing your manufacturer (at your permission) to cheat the consumer by giving these bits of fries and small pieces of chicken the you cut in half, and the price has gone up. I am highly disappointed and wish I could rate you a zero. You need to go out of business since you have to SCAM consumers with these mini portions and higher prices. You have no integrity, just a greedy money hungry company. Chick Fila is the best. Why don’t you follow their level of integrity? SMH. RIPOFF. No one else does that!!!!
They didn't give Sauce
Went to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers yesterday in Methuen Massachusetts. Ordered a 6 piece Chicken fingers. Not the first time and got sauce every time. Got home and seen there was no sauce. $14.06 for 6 chicken fingers and they don't give sauce. The only reason I even went there. Now I'll never go back. Still mad. Ruined my meal.
Chick-fil-A all day

they don't care abt customers
they don't care abt customers, their crew, anything. as a past crew member i can say with certainty, hair has been found in food and ignored by management, there is mold in every corner of the place on the chairs everything the places that hold food everywhere 🤢 they're fine with overextending every crew member they have, and then flip when said crew member is burnt out. they take advantage of every single person there. sexual harrasment has been proven in this location, and IGNORED. do not work here, do not eat here. you will regret it. food isn't even that good anyways. you want good chicken? go to chick-fil-a.
By far the worst
I love raising canes but today I had a horrible experience.the lady at the counter was by far the rudest to us .the food was cold in the middle the tea was sour tasting.when I went to the restroom it was disgusting.nvr have seen this location like this before ..need some new management in there or something
Raising Cane food was horrible…horrible horrible horrible the food was absolutely positivity horrible I will never eat there again I rather eat food out of trash can
Raising Cane food was horrible disgusting and I'll never go back again it was the worst food experience I ever had with chicken was bland and nasty the fires were cold and undone it was a waste of money I would rather eat out of the trash
Could be better
Fries could be better if there were a little crispy instead of soggy good chicken but pricey.
The breading on the chicken was loose
The breading on the chicken was loose, gross, and soggy. The fries were way too salty to be edible. The only good thing about the meal was the texas toast.
Decidedly very average chicken strips…
Decidedly very average chicken strips you could make at home yourself with minimal cooking skills. The ketchup/mayo like sauce makes them easier to swallow, but can't say it added any flavor. Go get yourself some Rocky chicken strips from CostCo and throw them in the air fryer for 10 minutes and find some interesting sauces from your fridge door (perhaps some chick-fil-a sauce). I just saved you $20+ and 1+ hour of your life.
First time there and last
First time there. Got there early to beat the crowd. Ordered the chicken strips, fries, and Cole slaw. Came with some kind of dipping sauce that was totally awful. They don't offer any other sauce so that killed it there. Need to offer more sauce choices. Next the fries tasted like they weren't done and a bit soggy...bad. Next the Cole slaw was bitter. Cole slaw should have a sweetness to it. 3 strikes and your out. The chicken was like they put pieces together to make a strip cause as soon as I picked it up, it fell apart. I'm not fond of Chick Fil La, but if I had to choose between chick and Canes, I would go one block more and go to Chick Fil La. At least they offer more sauces and other sides. Only good thing was the Sweet tea was good.
If you Make chicken use seasoning
New Raising Cane's in St. Lucie West. Just tried them for the first time. Nothing was wrong with order per say. However the price for amount of food is outrageous. Crinkle cut fries are no better than winn Dixie brand frozen. Chicken fingers are bland, you definitely need the sauce to add any flavor. I get that they're from California but we are in the south. You have to add seasoning. Not self respecting fried chicken eating person doesn't season the batter or the chicken. Not to mention fries not salted that I could tell. As far as I'm concerned never going back. Research the area you move to, just because a bunch of people move here doesn't mean you can thrive by selling to them.
