This was a 3 days power packed and intensive workshop. The energy, the people, Rajiv’s way of facilitation, the business insights, practical frameworks make it a worthwhile investment than a cost. This program delivers maybe 10x of what we pay. As business owners, we learn business by observing and trial and errors. This program teaches us scientific systems to play the game. I am going back with a lot of insights to work on for my Chartered Accountancy firm. Eternally grateful to Rajiv and this team for this program. I am sure this will be a game changer in our journey :)

It's an amazing journey where in 3 days I have got the clarity of how I can get out of the loop of just going to business everyday and not being able to scale it.

I am now equipped with the knowledge of how I can structure my business , put systems in it , become a Leader , Run my business efficiently , eventually scale it and make it count.

I have been in business since last 27 years but these 3 days have been eye opening. I should have heard about you earlier but I have know you since last 15 days and thankfully I am in Bangalore in PACE. The total program was a great eye opener. Basically how we view or business. What stage your business is, what are missing ingredients. What will be the scalable approach. Specially how balance priority during your busy-ness with our family. It's an experience not a education class, which will never get forgotten being a businessman who wants to grow his business to a legacy.

Hi Rajiv, as businessman we give our entire lifetime and not being productive and effective is like wasting your precious time(life). But through with the pace program my eyes are Opened. My key takeaways learnt to put system , structure and organise teams towards win win win strategy, goal setting,task execution, role clarity, priotizing marketing -to genrate more leads . To follow financial discipline, set goals and vison and aspirational goals etc . Most importantly I learnt to enjoy the business journey but not at the cost of fitness, family, fun and finance.
