Well, I really heard of this company to deliver exclusive collections of Rakhi. Yeah.. so I made a try, and got really impressed with the combos and set they have. Even, my brother praised the choice.

I ordered several Rakhi sets for my bhaiya and bhabhi on August 23rd. They were really beautiful. The bracelet, lumba and kada combinations were unique. They also added a message card with tikka and rauli. There was some hassle in the delivery due to heavy rainfall but their support team coordinated well and ensured timely delivery.

I had ordered a rakhi from this site this year and overall experience was good, order was little bit delay but rest was good

Would give zero star if i could. Worst service ever. Placed an order for 4 rakhis to delivered on 8 august but it didn't. Mailed them and got the reply that they will look into it then no response. Got parcel on 11 august which was shame as raakhi was gone and they didn't claim what they promised ( to send raakhi on time) and on top of that they only send one raakhi instead of four. I mailed them but nobody care to response also messaged them but nothing.

Please people out there, trust me and don't waste ur money as they are playing with our sentiments as festive gifts and with convenient delivery dates are our weakness and for that we pay higher price but they don't care as they saw this as a money making machine.

Really annoyed and frustrated.

Placed order on 5th August 2025. Choose option for delivery on 7th August as per website. My brother haven't received rakhi past 9th August. When inquired on 10th or 11th, they said it's reached at blue dart courier near the address but there is wrong address and the recipient isn't picking up the call. But that address exists from more than 100 years now, since my grandfather's childhood. And there is No blue dart in our area As well as my brother haven't received any call. When I informed them this scenario. The second day I got email from rakhibazar that The parcel returned to them due to non service area and they asked me if they can redispatch it through India post? I agreed on that.
Same night I got email that all the orders have delivered including the pending order. While it's not.
Since then they stopped responding me . No answer of my any email, what's app message not even my calls.
It's soo soo Annoying and disappointing.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order placed from London for a Rakhi hamper for my brother in India. I specifically ordered a Rakshabandhan hamper that included chocolates hamper with free chocolate, as advertised on your website. However, my brother received a package that only contained a cushion and three rakhis the chocolates were completely missing.

This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift for a meaningful occasion, and the incomplete delivery has not only caused disappointment but also reflects a serious lapse in your service quality. I trusted your company based on the information and reviews on your website, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Your customer service response so far has been unhelpful and unprofessional. It is extremely frustrating to deal with such carelessness, especially during a festival as important as Rakshabandhan.

At this point, based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending your company to others as you have got only fake reviews on your website to distract your custoemrs.

I have been ordering from Rakhi bazar for past 5 years. I am utterly disappointed with the service this year. It
was kaju katli with Rakhi sent laddu and they were eaten by mouses, box was broken in bad was delivered after rakhi day and dryfruits with it were full of ants. This is so embarrassing and disappointing to me. It was supposed to be moment of pride and love I am regretting choosing your service . I will not order again from this website!

Very upset my rakhis have not reached in time because they are selling the package with laddus which were in stock!!! How does it make sense?

Absolutely abysmal. Do not use this unreliable company. Your parcel will not be delivered on time and they will tell you lies and lies about why. They hang up on you when you call the customer care line, their email replies are slow and rude. First they said it couldn’t be delivered by the due date because it was a rural address (it was in a city and the same address we have always sent to!) then they said the courier company lost it but they can’t tell me which courier company they used. I’m just waiting for the next excuse as to why the order still hasn’t changed from “processing” in the tracking page, days after it was meant to have already been delivered. Will never use them again.

They sent horrible stuff, skipped a few that were ordered ,packaging was broken everything had fallen in the delivery box, broken trays, half eaten chocolates & they refuse to take it back & give refund
Last year they didn't send the stuff & after forcing them they send the refund & asked to give them another chance, hence we placed an order again this year

This time I ordered a rakhi for my sister with a gift 🎁 hamper, and it was delivered on time with great packaging. This product quality was excellent, exactly as shown on the website. Thank you Rakhi bazaar

I have been using their service for the last 3 years, for sending Raakhi to Ludhiana. In 2023, Raakhi was delivered late. This year sent Raakhi and gift hamper
costing Rs 6499/- order #RB-4128573603321.
I am ashamed when the recipient (My wife's brother ) hesitantly told my wife that the cashew ( 1Kg) are bad tasting (Rancid). Will not use Raakhi Bazaar again

There is no delivery done and they said address is not right. I use the same address many times while shipping from Amazon, never has an issue. I too provided the landmark, still not. Then asked for refund, no communication from them. Worst experience ,

Bhaiya Bhabhi Rakhis are gorgeous. I thank the team for placing the picture perfectly on the cushion. Lastly, the chocolate box us is also awesome. I have no regret shopping online from Rakhibazzar.
