Travel agency fails to plan trip
My family booked a trip to Europe through Rakso and asked them for assistance with itinerary planning. Being first time travelers to EU,we needed all the help we could get. We booked the flights in March, with an agreement that Rakso will plan for us given our proposed dates and countries. They promised to call and update within a week or two. Our trip was scheduled for June and by April we were already constantly emailing them for updates. Their only response was that they're "still coordinating with partners." After a few more stern and urgently coded emails to Rakso, they finally sent us an itinerary by early May. The itinerary had barely any planned activities and had mostly only "free days," which defeats the purpose of going to a travel agency! The itinerary was so obviously rushed and haphazardly done considering they had MONTHS to make it. We ended up doing the itinerary ourselves. We only had a month left so of course all the good, affordable hotels and other tickets already went up in price. Our contact was Arby but she ended up doing absolutely nothing for us as her other colleague was the one who sent us the useless itinerary. DO NOT GO TO THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!
