This is the worst company you will ever deal with, they take your money and you will never see your goods. They say they have delivered your goods but they never do. I am amazed that they are allowed to trade through Amazon. Modern day crooks

I ordered pyramid type tea bags becz their taste is better …ordered via Amazon

Delivery messed up and even though they said they had photo proof of attempted delivery they would not send it to us.Would not answer our messages.When the delivery arrived it was a cheaper product.Ordered 5 packs of cushelle ultra quilted toilet rolls at £28.98.and received normal quilted and will not reply to our messages again.

Great dealing with Rama. Ordered a box of Nescafé Cappuccino. The Delivery arrived the next day, very impressed.

Should have looked at the reviews before I ordered anything off this sh×t outfit. I tried to cancel my order the very same day. No cancel option. BEWARE.

I ordered foot warmer they came in a short time and were very good.

My order of two black leather seat back organizers came 5 months later and were not what I ordered. I received 3 pink thin felt cheesy and one thin grey felt unacceptable knock off products from Buffalo NY. I received a canned response the order was late due to CoVid.
There is no contact information available just a stupid canned email from an alleged representative at “zen desk “.
I have contacted the better business bureau and an attorney. I am out $80.00 and change. This “company” needs to be shut down and the customers ripped off refunded.
If there was a negative number rating it would receive one from me. This is a sham, fraudulent business. The company had the audacity to request I refer a friend.

The talk of this website being a scam is, to quote Donald Trump, "fake news." Stop trying to discredit Rama. He is an honest and hardworking man. When he was a young boy, God came down to earth to talk to Rama, and he said, "Rama, I have brought you into this world to provide affordably priced products to the world" so Rama said "Yes Mr God", and he did exactly that. Rama is a God's messenger, he is a father, he is a lover (wink wink). He has provided me with affordably priced "breach" to quote T Chang, which I will use to feed my childrens. #ThankyouRama.

I give it a big fat zero. I ordered 2 items one never came and one came broken! I have emailed them over 15 times and no response. So they have $60 of mine that I guess I will never get back!!!

I'd give a zero. I sent 30 emails and no responses. I asked for a refund and no responses. We will see if I get my product. So far they stole 50 bucks from me

He’s people are total rip off they were very quick to take the money out of my bank account for my order, I ordered the 3-D portable magnifier oh February 2 is now March 2 and have not received my item I sent numerous emails to them and I always get the same results nothing, I will never buy from this company again they are the worst scammers online please don’t anybody buy anything from them and save yourself the hassle

Purchased a Cassette-to-MP3 device for USD$49.95
Product was faulty. 'Olivia A' who corresponds their emails does not exist. There is no phone number to call anyone.

Promises of any replacement just smells bs. and fact is, they never came through with the replacement so I'm nearly 50 bucks USD down.

They stole my money and won’t give it back. I ordered an umbrella in May 2019. It arrived broken in flimsy packaging. It’s now almost December — more than six months later - and I’ve yet to receive a replacement or refund. All I get are “canned” emails saying, “We will send a follow up with regards to your reshipment and will contact you as soon as we have an update.” I’ve sent dozens of emails and got the same response. I’ll never place an online order again without checking reviews first if I haven’t done business with them before. Don’t order from a company called Nora Cora either for the same reason.

So, what happened to the website?i need to buy another high powerd binocular(s). Mine fell into the pound. And i want to purchase another one.

Then I gave a review i January of 2019 showing them for the thieves they are and received an email from someone named Mia B. asking me to send details of my order which I did but never got a response after that. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The product that they sent me did not work. I emailed them and was told that I needed to send them a video which I did. They eventually said they would send me a new set of ear buds. That was 4 months ago and nothing. They do not even answer my email requests anymore. I have not bought anything online since and will never again.It is very unfortunate that there are companies out there that are just out to rip people off by selling junk and standing behind the products that they sell.

Like the rest of these folks, I would give a zero if I could. They should be made accountable for their so called products. I ordered a Flash Drive(that doesn't work) months before Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift. It arrived after Christmas and I could not get it to work. My daughter tried and nothing! I sent them another email saying I wanted to return it and they responded that I had to take a video of me trying to get the Flash drive to work. I said no, I just want to return it. After 20 or so emails after that I gave up. This company is a rip off! Grrrr

Absolute scam...item never arrived, emails meet with a response saying they would check with shipping.
They have the audacity to keep sending me sale ads for the item I bought and never received!
A plague on their house!
