Hi,
We're disappointed with your 1-star review and negative feedback, but the comments you've made are incorrect.
We have plenty of EU and international customers who pay by card, so it was likely some sort of fraud prevention or card error on your end.
When you couldn't get your card to work on the payment portal, we suggested paying by BACS instead, to which you said you'd sort it in the new year. Eventually, when we invoiced you again at the end of January, you rang and said you'd forgotten about it but would get it sorted.
Since then, after requesting that you pay by BACS if the payment portal still showed an error, we've still received no payment, so the order was cancelled.
Please give us a call if you'd like to discuss further.
