Good quality, but too expensive, and same quality can be obtained elsewhere for half the price.

This is a company that consistently produces superb pocket squares and backs up these quality products with customer service that is second to none

Rampley and Co provide accessories that make any suit or jacket shine. Looking on their website, and especially considering the admittedly high price, I had very high expectations for the ties, pocket squares, and bandanas I bought from them. However, every time I ordered something, I was amazed to find that it somehow exceeded my already high expectations and blew me away.
The materials used are the top of the line and the shine, pattern, and colors are all brilliantly elegant and elevated without being too flashy.
The customer service was also fantastic. One of the pocket squares I ordered was late, and without me contacting them, they contacted me first with an apology and a free tie and pocket square of my choosing. Given the already high quality and service they provide, they in no way needed to do that.
I will only buy suit accessories from Rampley and Co and recommend it to anyone who wants to look and feel great.

Placing an order was easy and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping was fast and well packed. I purchased a tie and pocket square and the quality was excellent. I will be placing additional orders.

The item was beautifully made and was just as expected.

I ordered a beautiful tie from the website for $185. Ordering from the U.S. and because of the politics and current tariff situation and the current W. House occupant. The package was flagged by U.S. customs for $33 in duties. DHL added an additional $17 processing fee. So the $185 tie cost a total of $235.

Immediately after I posted my displeasure with the situation, Elliot and Georgy reached out to me and agreed to refund these extra charges and even give a discount for a future purchase.

I don’t mind paying the tariffs for the merchandise if I must. I just didn’t appreciate the unexpected text message from DHL informing me that duties were owed including threats to return my package to sender if I didn’t pay the duty plus their ridiculous fee of $17 within 72 hours. It was as if my package and beautiful tie was kidnapped and being held for ransom!

In closing I believe Rampley & Co. will figure a way to allow buyers on their site to pay the duties at the time of purchase to avoid unnecessary delays, headaches and the shipping carriers ridiculous fees.

I hope to continue purchasing the beautiful quality items they sell.

The product I bought, a magnificent pocket square is simply breathtakingly beautiful. If feels like a piece of jewellery in my pocket, as the colors are radiant and the silk is sublime. The other thing is that the customer service is the best I have ever experienced, and it just goes to show that Rampley and Co value not only the products they sell, but the people who stand behind the products themselves.
