Excellent service, ordered a special item ladder that was not in stock. Ramsay manufactured and delivered within 3 days. Excellent quality and service, its reassuring to know that good old customer service still exists.

I bought a wooden ladder with a wide top bar to place against a wall and provide stability in use. It seems that a ladder is made to order, but I received e-mails to let me know it was ready for delivery. The ladder is made very solidly and the option of rubber feet is very welcome. I'm using it to gain access down to cellar space under my living room through a hatch in the floor and I regard it as a purchase worth making.

Nice ladder - the only one with optional hooks we could find. Would highly recommend for secure attachment to a mezzanine or hayloft.

The ladders are great quality and very strong. The fitting instruction were clear and easy to follow. The ladders were delivered on the day specified, even though it was to a remote part of the Highlands. Brilliant service.

Hoping to take up drawing and painting in the loft when I retire.....was trying to get new ladders which folds and has side rails from top to bottom...the only ones I saw online where ones that had sides which where complex flimsy multiple parts and I didn't trust it...so my original ramsey ladders had one side rail and I discovered you can buy another side rail to attach...job done...ramsey ladders are well made ladders...

Superb piece of kit. The ladder is a good example of old style craftsmanship. The support line and delivery was excellent and I would recommend to all.

Really excellent customer service. I rang to ask for some advice, got someone to speak to immediately. She was very clear and knowledgeable and followed through on her promise to check things out (it was a query about replacement springs) that very day. When I asked for advice about installation, the technical adviser rang me and talked me through the process. You couldn't ask for better!

Ramsay ladders manufactured and delivered a quality product. An improvement could be: if Ramsay was to produce a video showing how the hip roof ladder should be wheeled ,adjusted and locked into position on a hip roof, this would be useful.
