My order got lost on its way, but they handled it perfect
My order got lost on its Way in germany, and the delivery took long time. But random acted as professionals, they kept me notified all the time, and when they weren’t able to find my package at the post central in Germany, they sent me a new one with express delivery, which I had two days later.
They upgraded those that sold out from 7000 to 12000 puffs without extra payment, gave me one 12000 for free and a 15% off voucher. So I waited over two weeks for my delivery, but they handled it perfect and compensated it well, so I’m now gonna order again, cause they made off of the unlucky situation that was out of there hand. 5 ⭐️ from me. 🦾

Order is not shipped but money is payed
I have placed an order Wednesday 6/3 and when using the track and trace number GLS has not even received the package, but the money is drawn from my account.
I will suggest people to buy from another supplier.

Dear Kasper, we ship All the orders within 24 hours after we recive them, As we wrote you on email too and explain how our shipping system works.
But dont forget when you order FX, 9 O clock at night, we recive it on the morrning when we comes too work. form then we start our work,
and LIKE you we do also have Fri weekend, same goes for shipping Company too.
As i last check, your order has been delivered to you yesterday.
As for monye draw from your account, thats happen automatcly when your order is complate, nothing to do with us.

Happy customer
I made an order and i recieved the package after 4 days, I am very happy because it arrived sooner than i initially anticipated. Product was solid and i liked the flavour and quality of the vape. My personal favourite was the Vimto flavour. Will definitely order from them again 10/10

The start of process went bad, but they saved it and turned a bad case into a sunshine story!
I had problems with my delievery and some of the products, butthat was fixed ASAP

Great customer service
I ordered but got wrong product in the first place but as an excuse because of the mistake they send me 4 vapes extra for free with my correct order. Paid the return label so nothing to complain about here 😊They are fast and responsive to their customers. I'm going to order more from them in the future for sure. 👍😎
