Its 08am and a bright yellow van is at door and out steps Neil. He is here to connect our new sunshade. I open the door. Neil was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and we immediately went outside to discuss the scope. We reviewed cable runs, conduit colours and whatnot in an easy, easy to understand manner. Its 08:10 Neil went off to collect the materials. Time has moved on. Its past 11 now and Neil is showing me the completed and beautifully delivered work and was I pleased? You can say that!! A test of the sunshade automation and its a winner. Then its over to the main board and completion of the data for the new Electrical Certificate. All completed seamlessly easy! I have been in the construction industry all my life and as a PM I would be satisfied with this level of service but as a homeowner I felt fully protected. A final thought? When Neil had gone, we could not find any trace that would say work had been completed today. Thank you for the great service, respecting the property and for your wonderful work.
