I have been a buyer of RankMarket.org since 2018.

1. Many of the SaaS products, committed for lifetime, starts giving broken links and become unusable. The RankMaket staff wasted too much time of the customer by giving vague, incomplete and even ungrammatical replies. Example: Product name: Hijax etc. The cheap developers disappear after duping the buyers.

2. Many products are delivered technically defective without prior testing either by the cheap developer or by the GB demand aggregator 'RankMarket', ab initio like 'Videlify' & 'InterAction' etc. The unbranded and indeginious devlopers not even bother to reply the support messages. RankMarket doesnot help by taking up the matter collectively on behalf of its customers, even within the trial period.

3. Many a shared GB products of rankmarket.org, to which the buyers are given access by rankmarket through a third party platform, namely, imnuke.com. Some of these products are not found available for access in the id of the buyer and despite many mails 'rankmarket' may seldom reply or resolve.

However, the discount offers like 30% - 35% on a massive buying for $100 -$150 dupes the buyers to buy many softwares in a one go. And, many a times, some of these softwares remain even unopened / unexplored for months together, due to paucity of time with everyone. And, when you try, you may find it non-working.

Suggestions:
The One Star rating may be converted to 3.5 to 4 star, if the support team may be fired by the promoters of rankmarket.org for any delay of unfairly attended replies.

Further the rating may be between 4 to 5 star, if the products, before purchasing from unestablished developers may be beta-tested at Rankmarket.

Otherwise, in case of like grievances, the customers may be compensated by way of refund, credit note or discount coupon etc.

Unfortunately I was disappointed one more time by Rankmarket and have to update my review AGAIN...

The worst part is that they even answered my emails anymore. I see that it is a very common situation not to deliver what is advertised.

Now I bought a "PLR Club" that was supposed to deliver 4 membership signatures, but they only delivered ONE of them...

I didn't receive the main product, just one of the "OTO's"(the cheaper one) what was probably intentional.

I just have to say that you CANNOT trust offers made by Rankmarket, you can be lucky and receive what was advertised, but you DON'T BE SURE it's going to happen.

I was contacted by Rankmarket's staff and they explained it was a mistake, because the GB offer was out of date and product's owner changed the system of delivery and the promise became not possible anymore. They gave me the option of beeing refunded or receive a credit + 10% for the inconvenient, wich I accepted and now I'm changing my review.

I were ok with them, have purchased 3 products and it was delivered quickly.
But then I purchased a more expensive product that I already had FE, but wanted the upgrades. It was told at product's page that it would be delivered with all OTO's, but imagine my surprise when they told me that only FE was included...very disappointing experience. They told me that would deliver OTO and I'm waiting, if they honor it I come back to update and change the rate.

I asked them before i pay for the product and they said product is ready to deliver and after paying they said they are waiting more buyers before they can buy and deliver.....

Yes, i did open the case because first you guy's were saying it is ready to be delivered and after i pay you stated that you need more buyer before you can deliver the product. What you expect from me after that?

If you were legit why not deliver and solve the issue? because you do not have that product. Also check what rubbish language they are using for their customer.

I am not new i was VIP for 3 years on their site and bought at least 1K worth of product during those years but from 2019 or from the time RANKMARKET got introduced they become very bad especially the customer support from RANKMARKET.

See the words they are using for their customers:

you open case then ask us deliver you ? f**** serious ? keep your money, We will never ever deliver anything to f**** open case and put bad review to us

Again they are lying i got my money back because of posting review here. The order was placed on 16th and i got the refund on 19th......lol

Be careful they are not as good as they use to be.

fast efficient service and communication - Great and value for money products
