4.5 Months to Resolve Feature Issue Included in Pro Subscription
I purchased Rank Math Pro because I wanted certain features like Schema Markup tools and multiple other features they were advertising. The problem is many of them haven't worked. In this case the Schema Markup templates, especially the Pros and Cons Schema didn't work. I brought this to their attention, but there seemed no urgency to resolve the issue. I chased them multiple times over a period of 4.5 months until FINALLY it was resolved. This is an unacceptable period of time to resolve a feature that is supposed to be included in the plan I paid for. However, it is also an unaccetable period of time to resolve any issue. In particular since Pro customers are supposed to be getting priority customer support. What is worse is they added only a couple of months 'extension' for this. No partial refund, just a couple of month extension which doesn't equate to the 4.5 months it took them to resolve it or the almost 7 months where I have had multiple other features not working. To make it worse, in a recent response to my complaint they claimed that there were delays on my side in correspondance, but ALL THE DELAYS WERE ON THEIR SIDE. I chased them so many times. Rank Math needs to massively improve. You cannot trust them at the moment. Their product is not good, and their customer service is slow, rude and unhelpful.
